Not worth it for me.
I’ve started the stack (minus the Pygeum) since summer of 2014. I’ve been on and off it since then. Sometimes I was on it for a couple of weeks, sometimes it was a couple of months. I’ve even tried lecithin granules (yuk) and celery seeds (mentioned somewhere in this thread). I tried it one last time for a couple of weeks in this month, with Zinc and Lecithin (had Maca for a bit too) to just get a larger shot.
My verdict is: yes it gave me a slightly better shot with a bit more volume. But the gain is not big enough for me to continue.
Off the stack, I could get a maximum of ~5ml. With the stack, at most it was 7-8ml (almost, but not quite at 10ml). These numbers are from trying to edge, staying hydrated, and holding off masturbating for a few days (sometimes a week).
IF the stack would let me ejaculate ~10ml everyday, or let me ejaculate a max of ~20ml, then I would do it. But since it only gives me an extra few millilitre at most, I do not think I’m gonna bother with it anymore.
