Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

I think a lot of people are discovering that this stack does give results. But, I’m at least somewhat inclined to believe that a lot of it is mental. It’s the same concept as being insanely turned on. You usually cum more when you’re more into it. I think some of these supplements would increase arousal so it could be that.

Personally, I have never taken all of these supplements at once. But I have found that L-Arginine at high doses (at least 10,000mg a day) does make me cum more. Lecithin did nothing for me. I never tried Pygeum.

Zinc pills give me instant stomach ache. Has anyone else noticed this? I think of all the supplements, zinc might be most important at increasing your ejaculate but I can never take it consistently because it makes me so ill. I’ve literally barfed before after taking a 60mg zinc tablet :(

Getting your sperm better has to do with a consequently healthy lifestyle as far as it is possible. But if the man has an oat-syndrome, this would be mostly a meaningless task.

What you are looking for is sperm fluid increase? Well, then all I can say is next to the healthy lifestyle: drink alot!

Drinking a lot of water does help a lot, but I definitely have noticed a difference in intensity since taking lecithin. I already took zinc and arginine supplements, so I don’t really have anything to compare those too, and I’ve just started with pygeum. Now I actually don’t take lecithin, I take a phosphotidyl choline complex by country life. I don’t really notice a difference between it and lecithin, but I definitely notice a difference from when I was taking either of them.

I’ve had good results on 3-4 grams of L-a (3 - 4,000 mg). It does take a while to kick in but seems to keep working once it does.

As for zinc, anything more than 40 mg/day is overkill and may result in copper depletion. 25 mg should be plenty. Tough on the stomach. Take it with some food. Might help.

Very interesting, subject added to favorites.

The whole thing about soy is that that majority of soybeans are genetically modified to withstand insects. When you mess with nature, you get some side effects (the whole estrogen scare). There is Non GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) Soy Lecithin available. Try to get the stuff that says Non GMO. Even if it is organic, the soybean that the product was made from could still be genetically modified.

Pharma companies products just sucks… Maybe we can find this on food?.

I found on German EBay Pygeum tea, and ordered 250g bag for begin. What do you think, make a tea or pulverize the bark?

Is there any difference in the Lecithin and the Lecithin Concentrate? I bought the Spring Valley brand (Lecithin-Concentrate), 400mg, and the directions say to take 2 of them a day. However, I see there is also a 1200mg dose in other brands so I was wondering if I need to double up on the ones I have or if 800mg is enough.

I just wanted to add that I’ve been following the routine as described in post one for two weeks now and have noticed a 100% increase in the volume of my load and about a 50% increase in viscosity. I’d say my load is whiter than usual too. No change in the “intensity” of my orgasm though

I too just started taking the mixture from the OP for a little over a week. So far I have noticed an increase of pre cum, but since I haven’t been taking in as much water as I should have been, I can’t say for certain that my over all volume has increased.

I’ve been taking it for like over two weeks now, but just the lecithin and zinc. Definitely noticed an increase in precum and it kinda bothers me lol. I’m not used to it I guess. It also seems be to making me come faster, which I’m not sure if I’m a fan of.

I have noticed absolutely no increase in semen volume or ejaculation strength from taking Zinc. I’ve been using a 50mg daily supplement (brand is Nature’s Bounty). Any idea/feedback on why others say Zinc is so good, but my results have been non-existent?

Could be that natures bounty doesn’t put in the pill what they say in the label. Also, there are different forms of zinc. Some more useful to the body than others. Gluconate, citrate, picolinate, chelate forms are more readily used by the body. Oxide forms of minerals are generally useless. IMHO.

Actually, federal law in the US does not allow GMO (genetically modified organism) crops to be labeled “Organic”. But.. 95% of all soybeans are GMO so it’s foolish to think that the remaining 5% are not contaminated as there is no way to tell the difference other than genetic testing, and none of the natural foods companies do such testing as it is not required and a little expensive.

And in addition, monsanto’s general practice is to plant up wind from organic farms so as to contaminate their crops with monstanto’s GMO strain.

So I stay away from soy and corn for that matter, as much as possible.

And as a footnote, they are genetically modified to withstand roundup specifically, as well as other pesticides/herbicides so that monsanto can sell farmers the seed and also the chemical.

Is Nature’s Bounty a bad brand, do you have any idea? Any suggestions on what brands have the form of Zinc that we are looking for to increase seamen volume?
