Yeah, I was initially concerned about Zinc dosage. I think there’s more to consider than raw mg though. I’ve been taking 100mg per day for about a month and haven’t noticed any of the side effects listed. Thing is, about half that was Zinc Oxide though through my multivitamin and a Saw Palmetto complex which has pretty crappy absorption. The other 50mL is chelated Zinc which is better at absorption. So chances are I’m not absorbing most of the 50mL of Zinc Oxide.

I’m keeping a close eye on any side effects, but for now, I’m keeping up my current dosage. I’m taking a few things together and have definitely noticed a difference.

Has anyone here ever had a problem of ‘adapting’ to their dosage? I know initially when I started taking these pills I saw a huge increase, but now I feel like my volume is more or less unaffected by whether or not I’m taking them. I require 4-5 days or more in order to have a large load that I’m really proud of, the next day if I get with another woman, it will be rather puny, and the day after that it will be practically non-existent. Celery, zinc, and lecithin are the ones I take. I have been wary about starting on pygeum again.

L-Arginine - 1000mg, once per day. Later on I’ll be upping the dose to 2000-3000mg per day as I’ll be going to the gym and I’ll love the main effect of the Arginine. :)

Zinc - ~20mg, once per day.

Lecithin - 2TBSP, thus - 1200mg, once per day.

And here comes the problem. I can’t find Pygeum where I live and I only found one drug, that contains MOSTLY Pygeum. It’s called Tadenan and it contains:

Pygeum africanum - 50mg

Something I interpreted as peanut butter - 150mg

Gelatin - 89mg

Glycerol - 38mg

Titanium dioxide - 3.6mg

Water dissvolvable copper chlorophyllin - 0.005mg

Should I start with that drug, taking it twice per day, first 50mg, then maybe 100mg.

And, also, should I cycle those supplements in a way or just take them every day and pause when (if) I notice their positive effect fading? :)

I think there is something to cycling this. Maybe take a week or 2 off then start back.


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

Btw, this might sound ridiculous, but WATER and non alcoholic drinking generally is increasing the cum load as I have experienced.
Also if I smoke or take things I know to be unhealthy, than I reallize, that the cum is lesser, plus doesn’t shoot out, it more like drips out. This of course also varries when the last orgasm was and even my mood

1000mg Gnc L-Arginine
1 tea spoon Pure Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica
1 tea spoon black Maca Powder
1 Centrum Multivitamin

I’m guessing not. It reeks of what I’ve heard called “Bro Science”, it is just something he heard in a gym locker room most likely. NO boosters are probably the second most popular supplement, next to creatine. If there were really sexual side effects, we would all have heard a lot more about it by now.

Yea, I shouldn’t have said it so factually; I’m just erring on the side of caution. Personally, I believe there MIGHT be some side-effects of that nature so I’m going to just stick to a lower amount of consumption
