I used two different ones.
First one were softgels with only 50mg of Pygeum. Here I tool 2 daily.
Right now I have a complex of Saw Palmetto and Pygeum (each 200mg). Here I take 1-2 daily.
Both worked and the softgels had a better quality, but were more expensive. Better quality in terms of digestibility.
The problem is that you can’t compare the mg dosages, because it matters how much Phytosterols are actually contained. Sometimes it is in the product description like:
Pygeum (Pygeum africanum) 100 mg †(bark) [Standardized to contain 12% Phytosterols
-> So actually only 12mg of the active components within 100mg.
This brings me back that I will try some Beta Sitosterol complex next. This is the primary active component in Pygeum and Saw Palmetto. Others are campesterol and stigmasterol.
Some supplements only include Beta Sitosterol, which are based on Soja I expect.
So I would get one of those supplements including campesterol and stigmasterol as well, unless you prefer herbs. Here the dosage is much higher because you have around 300mg of the active components. There were some older reports on Thunders that people had succes with it regarding pre cum.

Which brand of pygeum works for you? I want to give it a try again.
