Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

I’m starting on Lecithin and Pygeum today … Zinc supplements makes me vomit, so they’re out, but I’m currently taking L-Arginine as well.

So, I’ll report back after a while and let you know if it worked for me!

Wow, just.wow. I need to take a trip to the drug store on the way back to campus. As far as I can tell I have no problems with vitamins or supplements, so I should be able to take the whole Holy Grail with no problem. Probably does the body good outside of sexual realms, too. :)

So, I’ve been wondering about these various supplement stacks and herbal things in relation to the consumer’s age. I’ve seen posts from both young guys in their early-mid 20s and from older gentlemen ranging from mid 40s to their 60s in this thread (I think). I’m in my late 20s and have no problems with my prostate or hormone balance or anything like that as far as I know anyway, it’s been a while since I had a blood test.

My question is if taking these supplements can overwork any of the various glands in the reproductive system and lead to problems later on, or a dependence on them like an addict needing to take more and more to get the same results because the body has adjusted to various levels of intake over time. This all seems mostly harmless to me, but those are famous last words on some guy’s tombstone somewhere.

There are many discussing about celery seeds, some taking in pills, some blending the seeds in tea, but how much?

I can guess pills are concentrated, so it’s hard to guess how many seeds would be a 500mg pill.

I also take 1-2 tea spoons per day. However I just chew the stuff. Don’t like the taste though and on empty stomach it is also not the best to eat.

Did anybody compare results between chewing the seeds and steeping a tea?

they can be easily encapsulated but I would not have them on empty stomach thee is nothing to gain from that, they just seeds

Well my update on the super stack I was on is as follows: I did a whole three months on the super stack, and I had an insatiable sex drive, alot of precum, fantastic orgasms, hard as steel erections, but there was no change in the amount of cum. So far have been satisfied with this regiment, loads haven’t increased two more months to go to see if there any significant changes. But still no super load of cum.

Some results:

Been taking Lecithin 1200mg x 1, Pygeum 100mg x 2 and a Centrum for a little zinc (along with everything else in it) every day for about a week (had to order the Pygeum online, only been taking it for 3 or 4 days).

Noticeable increase in thickness/whiteness of load. Volume is still the same (not expecting to see immediate volume results, but I wanted a thicker, whiter load and that’s happened already so yay). Also, a LOT more precum. Used to be very little, just a tiny amount right before PONR. Now it’s like a constant dribble and keeps increasing. So far I am thrilled. I actually haven’t cum in a while, so, looking forward to the results next time I do more than edge for an hour.

On a side note, totally unrelated to supplements, about 6 months ago or so, I was sick with some kind of 48 hour stomach bug and didn’t eat anything but chicken soup and jello for like 3 days, even after it was gone. Hydration and Conservation. You were taking in plenty of fluids, and you were saving up and building up semen.

I’d be willing to bet that if you made it a point to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, and only ejaculated once a week, it would always be a big load.

I drink TONS of water. It’s like 100 degrees every day right now where I live. Conservation is tough, but I’m working on it. I’m fucking horny all the damned time (this isn’t because of the supplements), takes a lot of restraint to not cum at the end of an edging session so I’m working on that.
