I have been on the following supplements for about 1 1/2 weeks now. The first week was ramping up the dosages. I recently added the horny goat weed and longjax as of two days ago.

Pygeum — 250mg
Zinc — 50mg
Sunflower Lecithin — 1200mg
Tribulus — 1000mg
Maca — 1000mg
L-Arginine — 3000mg
Horny Goat Weed — 1000mg (breaks down to Icariin 100mg)
Longjax (20:1 extract) — 400mg

I split everything 50/50, and it is taken before and after work. So far I have noticed an increase EQ and my ejaculate is much thicker. We will see over time what it produces. I usually masturbate every other day, so I know if I give it a rest, I may see in an increase sooner. I am also thinking about including damiana.

Anyhow.

Any input, experience shared would be greatly appreciated!

A little about me - I’m in my late 20s and I always found myself wanting to produce more ejaculate. In the past with edging and abstinence I had been able to satisfy this desire to a degree but never to the level I wanted. A couple of years back I added the healthy amount of daily water, which seemed to help for a couple months but then it was back to normal. I kept drinking plenty of water everyday because I just felt better over all. Also, I don’t smoke, I am slightly underweight for my height for my height and I only drink caffeine on a rare occasion. Still I find my level just barely satisfactory at best. Who knows why I guess its just my body.
I am going to try to see if this “cocktail” of vitamins makes any difference.

I had a quick question about Pygeum. The only Pygeum available at my local stores was “SOLARAY Pygeum Africanum” 50 mg strength. All the other brands had it combined with Saw Palmetto, an ingredient I have yet to research so I’d rather avoid for now, unless anybody has any info on it.?
But on to my question- My reservation is that it wasn’t labeled simply “Pygeum” also that its 50 mg instead of 100mg, in which case I’m gonna take 2 of them twice a day instead of the single 100mg suggested. Does anybody have any thoughts on either of these issues?

Hi Gohay,

There is also a Pygeum/Saw Palmetto thread. The active ingredients are the same. The concentration of the active ingredients can differ between the brands - I would try a Beta Sitosterol Complex (but not one based on Soja). Also note Pygeum/Beta only helps with precum.

I also tried the celery seeds now for 1 week. They really make a difference in cum amount. I also get more erections during the day which I did not have for quite a while. Taste is solala and you have to chew them a little bit otherwise I got some dyspepsia. Total amount is hard to tell because I also have to jerk off every other day…

Daily Supplement Intake

After finding this thread I decided to try the original stack minus the pygeum, and instead of 1000mg of Arginine I am taking 5g per day. Plus a multi vitamin and another additional 1g of vitamin C and 1000 IU of vitamin E. I have been on this stack for a total of two months now. I like this stack it gives me intense orgasms. My loads are 2-3 teaspoons if I wait 2-3 days. If I bust a load everyday I am at the normal 1 teaspoon. I can bust a load twice a day and the amount each time is at the normal 1 teaspoon. Not very impressive to me. I am impressed with my loads after waiting two or three days, but I am on a mission to bust those kinds of loads constantly. So I set out and researched some things and I am going to start my own stack for overall penis health and cum loads. This stack contains alot of supplements so rather than buying and having to take everything in pill form, I bought the majority of these items in bulk powder form. The only three things that are in pill form are the zinc, lecithin and the ginseng complex. After researching I found that most of these supplements work better when combined with each other giving better results. For instance L Arginine, Acetyl L Carnitine, L Lysine, and Alpha Lipioc Acid, all work in conjunction with each other sort of boosting each others effects. Everything in this stack is geared toward a steel hard erection and an impressive cum load to my satisfaction. Have not started taking it yet still trying to figure out the best way to consume this recipe. Any ideas? Without further delay here is the stack:

300mg Antler Velvet (powder)

320mg Saw palmetto (powder)

100mg Pygeum (powder)

Almost everything I read said that the dosages above are in safe levels for long term consumption, some of them can go higher in dosage but I rather be on the safe side. As soon as I find out the best way to mix and consume all this powder I will start my regiment and see what happens.

Here is the stack I tried, which ones worked and which ones didnt.

- I take multi(not relevant, just saying)
- I take C (not relevant, just saying) - 500mg
- Lecithin - Didnt notice any changes. Will drop this 1200mg
- Zinc - Harder dick, more cum and just all around healthier - she’s a keeper 50mg
- Pygeum - Nothing - will drop this 100mg x2 daily
- L Agrinine - Much harder erections. I’m keeping this 5g

I do have one question if anyone finds it in this monstrous (wonderfully monstrous) thread
- I want to give celery a try to help increase semen quantity. Any one experiment with fresh vs supplement? Any success stories. Any recommendations as to how much to consume (or take)?

The multi-vitamin and vitamin C both help with overall health, so in retro spec it kinda does matter. A healthier you means a healthier penis and sperm. Sort of an indirect way to keep your penis functioning at it’s best.

Thanks for the info, I have read up on Pygeum/Saw Palmetto thread since posting and become more informed. I’ll definitely look into the Beta Sitosterol Complex. I’ve never heard of Celery on the other hand, would that be available at the Vitamin Shoppe or GNC of perhaps a Wallgreens or CVS?

Right. Just saying that I’m not taking to increase load and so I didnt monitor its effect. Ill take multi, C and now Zinc for the rest of my life I think.

So I started this stack May 10th. I found that mixing this stuff with 6oz pineapple juice is pretty bearable going down. As of yet I’ve only noticed minor changes. My erections are more pronounced. Feel the erection all the way down to where my anus is. Been alot hornier. Lecithin for me made my precum thick. The precum has thinned out a little bit on this stack. The amount is roughly the same as before when I started the lecithin which is alot. No increase in volume still the same ol 5ml (a teaspoon) however I did find myself having to relieve myself three times yesterday still have the urge to have more sex. All three times yesterday yielded the same amount of cum with each release. Orgasms are about the same intensity.
