Once arginine has served it’s purpose (converting into NO2) it ends up as nitrogen which the body will see as a waste. Urination is pretty much the only way the body can get rid of nitrogen.

So do I not need to take arginine or not as often? Would that tell me that it is not doing anything for me?

I don’t think this is the case. All arginine in your body will eventually turn into nitrogen. It’s just a byproduct the body doesn’t need.

I found a source to buy all the products, but question comes to mind since the word “cycle” appears quite often in this thread.

How long is the cycle and how long do you stay off until you cycle back on? 2weeks on and week off or is it more like body building standards 8 week cycle with 4 week off?

I think since what you’re talking about are food sources and not drugs, you probably don’t need to worry about it too much. I suppose you could always lay off if you noticed diminishing returns, but I don’t think it’s gonna be a real problem.

I started taking

L-Arginine HCl & L-Ornithine 2000MG
Palmetto(330MG) & Pygeum(300MG) Extract
Zinc 30MG
Lecithin 1,200MG

I’m 47 and my load size has diminished over the years, but it was never very large.

Results of the supplements: I did not see any increase in volume in the 1st 3 weeks. But I did notice two things:

1. I So think the Pygeum, did increase in my Precum. I went from virtual none to a real nice amount. It occurred quickly, like a couple days.

2. My long go kind of thick, too thick in my mind. Question: Does anyone happen to know which on of these supplements could cause this?

Possibly lecithin, but most likely it was a lack of water, not the supplement. More goo without more liquid will obviously become more thick.

I have been taking citrulline in the past few days and I must say that it is very effective. Much better flaccid hang, rock hard erections and increased volume of ejaculation (2X).

Has anyone taking this stack gotten there wife/girlfriend pregnant? just a curiosity question?
