How do I take supplements?
I’m starting to take some vitamins and supplements but I have a few questions.
1. Should I start some now and more in a week or is it ok to start taking them all at the same time?
2. Do I swallow them all at once or take them a few hours apart?
3. Is it better to take it on an empty stomach or right after you eat?
