How do I take supplements?

How do I take supplements?

I’m starting to take some vitamins and supplements but I have a few questions.

1. Should I start some now and more in a week or is it ok to start taking them all at the same time?
2. Do I swallow them all at once or take them a few hours apart?
3. Is it better to take it on an empty stomach or right after you eat?

I am going to be taking

Lecithin 1200mg
L-arginine 900mg
Celery seeds 500mg
Damiana leaves 510mg
Horny goat weed
Pygeum 160mg

B-6 100mg

I would suggest taking them orally.

As for timing, I would read the package for each.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

I didn’t ask for how to take them but thanks.
I will read the instructions but is it okay to suddenly introduce all of these supplements into my body at the same time? Will my body be able to use them all properly?

I was being silly.

I don’t know how your body will react to all the new supps. Nobody really knows. There isn’t a ton of science to it. I say try it and find out… and post your results.
