Improving Erections - using what?

Hello guys,
the title explains itself: what are,in your opinion, the best supplements to boost the erection? obviously we’re not talking about Levitra,Cialis,Viagra and so on…I’m just talking about “natural” supplements.

For example, could someone give me some info about L-Arginine,or AAKG arginine,and even about Citrulline (that I read,with surprise,is thought to be even better than AAKG)?
I mean, I know my questions looks generic, but hey, just trying to collect some experiences, more important if about the AminoAcids I quoted above.

I’ve had good results for EQ taking l-arginine base powder in combination with ornithine HCL, in a 2:1 ratio by weight. So, 1 gm of arginine with 500 mg of ornithine. On an empty stomach. The improvement takes place over several weeks, so you can’t just take it on an as-needed basis. Of course YMMV. Country Life makes a capsule that’s convenient, or you can buy the powders in bulk from Beyond-a-Century.com. I actually take quite a bit - 3gm/1.5gm three times a day - mainly for cardiovascular benefits, but it does seem to improve erections noticeably, for me.

Sorry, I didn’t notice you were in Italy. So the brands/sources I mentioned may not work for you.

Arginine only works for a couple weeks, and it’s expensive.

The conversion rate into NO2 in the body is very low after it’s been changed through every other hormonal pathway.

If you want better erections, just exercise everyday and watch the alcohol and caffeine.

Hm, soo people who take L-Arginine for EQ on a daily basis have it wrong?

Did I get it right - it’s effectiveness diminishes over time? What about cycling (2 weeks on, 2 off)?

Agmatine and citrulline are two you can add into what your already taking. Both are used in the production of Arginine by your body.

You would still have to take it completely fasted, intermittent fasting style,
and avoid caffeine and alcohol in order for it to be most effective.

That means take it 3-4hrs after your last meal before bed and two week periods at a time.
I had the best results taking over 10 grams worth of Argining-AKG years ago, but
the negative side effects and the price were not worth it.

Here is a short list of what I take:

Source Naturals Complex: L-arginine 750 mg
L-citrulline 250mg

This complex is taken 3 times a day; first thing in the morning (I take it then with about 6 ounces of warm water before I shower)
Second tablet mid-afternoon
Third tablet at bedtime

650 mg L-arginine in capsule at bedtime

BTW watermelon is rich in L-citrulline

AAKG purchased in bulk powder is pretty affordable. I picked up 500grams for $30 from nutraplanet and its working well at 9grams a day in conjunction with 20mgs of tadalafil taken twice weekly. I cycle off both tadalafil and AAKG every 5 weeks I’m on.

Are we just talking about the same things here Agmatine, AAKG,Citruline,L-Arginine?

Yes.

I’ve been trying cayenne pepper 3 grams and 2 grams of green tea. It seems to have helped my abilities to get an erection. My problem is I don’t get 100%. I get like 75% at best. Been that way my whole life. So I’ve been pumping and noticing what my potential at 100% should be. I haven’t yet found anything to help me get there except 5 grams of powder arginine with 100 mg of viagra. I got about 90 to 95%. Only thing is the viagra gives me an absolutely terrible migraine. I think I took 3 grams of citrilene as well. I’m sure I’ve misspelled some of these words. I’m sorry guys, I’m really worn out tonight. I’ve worked out twice today and I’ve worked a short shift at work.

I did have an injury when I was younger took a billiards ball right to the base of my shaft and pubic joining region. So, I may actually have a small leak. But I will keep.searching for that special something that will make me as hard as steel. Right now, the only thing is the Erectade pump and the rings that come with it, but after a little bit it seems more like a clamping session instead of trying to maintain an erection..

Try pomegranate juice and almonds.

I have noticed improvement in nighttime erections as well as waking with an erection. This is something which I have not experienced for quite some time.

I went to my urologist to see about a pump. I met with representatives from a couple of companies. They do not have a cylinder available nor the rings which will comfortablly accommodate my erection.

Anyone have any suggestions?
