I have tried without success to manually stretch without getting 10% erections. Sometimes they become more substantial than 10% aswel. It sometimes works if I masterbate first but even this doesn’t work often enough and I don’t like to over masterbate because it makes my back feel too weak for weight training.

Just a 10% erection is enough to severely decrease the affectiveness of stretching. It causes my hand to slide over the internal meat too easily and not get that good tug. It also stops the tunica and ligs from getting a really thorough stretched feeling. I have also noticed that stretching with a partial erection sometimes causes the cord connected to my right testicle to ache, as if it is being pulled some how. Causing occasional, mild and brief twinging sensations many hours after stretching. Perhaps the internal penis pulls on these cords more when it is erect. I end up giving up if my erections increase past 10% because it just feels unsafe to do.

Whenever I do manage to keep a fully flacid penis, I can feel my tunica and ligs getting stretched really well. I just wish I could recreate this every time. I try kegeling but whenever I stop kegeling the erections come straight back and I can’t hold kegels for 30 mins. Plus I don’t want to have to kegel constantly because it completely ruins the enjoyment of the stretching and makes it a real chore to do. I just want to be able to relax.

I need advice if you have any please. I wonder if there is anything which could safely retard the sensativity of my penis temporarily and stop me getting erections, without lubricating my dick in anyway. Thanks.

Try listening to the news or talk radio while you do your stretches. Concentrating on anything other than your dick will help you to stay flaccid.

Interesting how you enjoy streching. I think it is a real chore and almost never get an erection doing it. I said almost as I have recently started to do some down behind the leg steches and this give me a 10% woody and then I fell the sides and ligs really working, maybe it’s not all that bad for me.

I can only do effective manual stretches if my penis is engorged a little which I assume you refer to as 10% erection level. In complete flaccid state, I can hard get a good grip. So, for me this works very well.

I am very sensitive at the glans which leads to a feeling of uncomfort quickly. I then stretch with a little foreskin over the glans - that really helps. That might help you too, if you are uncircumcised.

Moreover, as Modestoman already said, I also tend to distract myself with other none sexual related things. I tend to watch TV. It best works when watching the news or Bloombergs television where people talk about stock markets and stuff. :-) )). I find that very interesting and it does not give me an erection in any way.

Interesting idea. I also get unwanted erections during PE and will try concentrating on something engaging like that next time.

Thanks for the ideas but I already watch TV during stretching. I am uncircumcised. The 10% erections allow me to still get some decent work done but often it becomes even more erect and I have to stop. If I could keep it at 0-5% erection then I could get more work done. It doesn’t seem to make any difference when I distract myself because it is an automatic reaction to physical stimulus, not sexual thoughts. Give my penis any stimulus and it engorges, unless it is worn out from masterbation or a good hour of erect jelqing.

That’s an odd problem. Usually after an intense stretch session, I couldn’t even get plump enough to jelq. Distracting yourself, as others have said, is good advice - radio (no T.V. - too many women on there), newspaper, catch up on some technical reading or other material, etc.
