Can I please get some help with the L-Argine pills or powders?

I have read that this is to help with ones sex life and I would like to try some but wanted to first get some feedback from guys who have tried it. If what I read seems worthwhile, I would also ask for a good source to buy it, a place or online company that you would work with again, and not expensive.

Can you please share with us where you get this from?

I take the ones in the green bottle from walgreens. I may check out the powder that gmoney mentioned because it gets fairly expensive taking 3 a day at about $12/50. I originally started it and lysine for the calming effects. Actually helps keep my stress levels down. I can’t say whether it helps the pump or not. I’ve been taking it since before peing.

You guys understand that L-Argine is an amino acid? When taking an amino acid one should do some kind of exercise whether it is walking or something physical like weight lifting. If you do take L-Argine, take it on an empty stomach. The powder is best on an empty stomach since the stomach lining absorbs it into the blood stream. I took L-Argine with Horney Goat Weed when I was working out those 2 combined gave me all kinds of extra energy and the L-Argine helped me keep muscle.

L-Arginine indeed an amino acid however there are various kinds and the best is of phamaceutical quality hard to find unless you are or know someone who xn vouch the product is worth the money otherwise expect it mixed wi th other kind of fillers especially in pill form.

In Australia there is Musashi brand excellent product and i tis the only one my friend a biochemist will vouch as genuine.

I only use on workout days to increase the level of NO.os I have it as a stack of pre workout with citruline and agmatine among others.

Whether L-Arginine helps to keep muscles is not true much depends of many individual factors but no it does not help with the anabolic process however consumption of fast release carbohydrates BCAA and Glutamine do stop the catabolic process of muscles

Isn’t it just an essential amino acid though? It seems that you could supplement yourself just fine if you had a balanced diet, it comes from many types of meat and seafood. Unless I’m mistaken and I’m looking up a different Arigine.

Now, if you were a vegetarian or vegan you may have to look into medicinal supplements.

Did you take any kind of supplement on your successful clamping routine? Were you working out too?


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

My understanding is that the primary thing that l-arginine does is dilate blood vessels, and can cause a modest drop in blood pressure. I’ve stacked 2400mg or 4800mg of l-arginine with Viagra and yohimbe, and the combination (for me) works better than Viagra alone. But that combo does make my heart race a little as it compensates for the lower blood pressure. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re on any sort of heart or blood pressure medicine.

There’s quite a bit about l-arginine on the web; a simple search will reveal a lot. In one place, I read that it takes about 4000mg for a therapeutic dose. As for sources, I looked on Amazon and Ebay, and found a few reputable sellers with a good price.

The only possible benefit I could see with PE is improved circulation might help when using a hanger or extender.

I am taking l-arginine. It keeps my flaccid nice and plump. People with hard flaccid problems should try it. You can take it from natural sources too. Doesn’t have to be a pill or something. Tuna, salmon, oysters, red meat, hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts have adequate amount of l arginine.Especially oysters and almonds rock. I have noticed that if i take it before my routine, my turtling seems to last shorter. Before that i used to turtle like crazy after pe, up to 2 hours later. With l-arginine I have a perfectly normal flaccid 15 minutes after my routine. 3 to 4 grams per day is enough. No miracles here. It just keeps you in a nice mood, by seeing a nice flaccid that lasts all day.

I totally agree. L-arginine is used by body builders and athletes worldwide. Very effective on any kind of physical excersise.

I agree. I took ArginMax for a month (from GNC.) Which is basically just 3000mg of L-Arginine, vitamins, Ginseng, and Gingo Biloba. I just took 3x tablets twice a day (6 a day) and it kept me pretty plump. One does not have to take ArginMax as you can simply just take L-Arginine. A bottle of L-Arginine tablets is pretty cheap. But I can say that ArginMax in particular worked kind of well. It’s possible it’s other ingredients help.
So I would recommend anyone wanting to try it could try ArginMax for 1 month and see. Don’t buy it at GNC unless it’s on sale (they run a lot of sales.)

I also take some L-Citrulline. L-Citrulline is converted to L-Arginine and L-Orthinine by the body. L-Arginine will get you that spike when you take it, but L-Citrulline will help promote levels of L-Arginine between supplements.

Anywhere from 4-12g a day on an empty stomach will also cause a 200-700% in Human Growth Hormones(HGH) being secreted from your pituitary gland. Working out with high entensity weights also increases ur HGH by about 100%, combine working out with L-arginine for large doses of HGH into your body.

Whether this has any direct effect on PE, I have no idea, I just know it from lifting and girls also use it to grow tits over at breastnexus.
