L-Arginine as an HGH-Promoter. Timing Before or After Aerobic Workout???

I’m on 1000mg L-arginine as part of the Holy Grail of Cum stack. However, I’d also like to reap its benefits as an HGH-inducer during exercise. Now, I mostly do low weight and resistance/high rep and aerobic exercise for lean muscle. Now I know as an exercise supplement it is mainly used for body building, but it has aerobic benefits, as well. However, I have trouble timing how I should take the stack relative to a lean-muscle workout. Before? After? How long? Relative to meals and stomach fullness? All I can find is timing advice for body builders.

Anyone know how to work this stack for aerobic benefits?

People use it but I think it does nothing for exercises

Take it on an empty stomach twenty to thirty minutes prior to exercise, and also on an empty stomach before bed. You might want to up the dosage too! 2-5 grams.

Already ahead of you. Upped it to 3g (3 x 1000mg pills). Of those three (Or more? Should I add even more? Can you OD on this stuff?), how much should be taken pre-exercise, and how much should I take before bed? How should I divvy it up?


L-Arginine is a PE wonder-supplement!!

5 grams of L-Arginine won’t harm you at all unless you are on blood pressure meds as it can lower it even more. I read somewhere that up to 20 grams which is crazy high is considered “safe”. I take about 3 grams for my preworkout (gym) about 2 grams throughout the day and about 1gram arginine/ornithine at bedtime.
