What about Tribulus
I use L-Arginine on a daily basis, 5000mg each, pre and post workout. It definitely gives you a “pump.” It helps the production of Nitric Oxide, a vaso-dilator, which, I believe, ultimately opens your blood vessels, allowing for more oxygen to travel along the vessels and provide nutriment to the muscles! This is why you see it in many fat burners and weightlifting products, along with caffeine, green tea extract, etc., for the same purpose.
When taking supplements, it is VERY important to cycle them, so that your body doesn’t become TOO accustomed to them, to the point that it will not produce it’s own source without the aid thereof. 2 months on should be good for most supplements, with a month off.
This thread is about using L-Arginine as a sex or EQ supplement: how about, drink a cup of coffee, take your arginine, and go do some cardio on an empty stomach to work off that fat pad which is keeping that extra half inch from poking out? :D
Do some research on Tribulus terrestrius. Natural steroid that increases the production of testosterone, in the testes. I DEFINITELY feel the extra effects from it. Like, when I lift, I get really into it. Damn I’m getting riled just thinking about it. Never used it though to beat off.
Again, YOU MUST CYCLE THE SUPP. 2months on, 1 month off.Do your own research though, just want to let you all know. And as a few previous posts have said, it’s a supplement, so it PROBABLY won’t have the same quick effects that people are saying Viagra and Cialis do, though I wouldn’t know about that, so I’m done now.
