Best time to take L Arginine is in the evening on empty stomach for maximum benefit. Even 1.5 gms can be effective on empty stomach with 14 oz of warm water.

L Arginine can revitalize your blood circulatory system and reverse aging process, which is my own experience of using them in small quantity for last 13 months. Arginine has improved my EQ and now I have Nocturnal Penile Tumescence on regular basis last 4 months and EQ at night getting stronger.

I could run more distance and developed better stamina. Lipid profile has improved dramatically.

As far as increasing volume goes there is nothing like L-arginine or aakg (better taste), especially if you super dose at 10-20g. The only downside for me is the increase in body odor from it. Apparently excess arginine partially can convert to putricine (rotting meat smell) in some people, myself included. I decided not to take it after noticing the difference in smell in my gym clothes before and after arginine. But if you can take it without side effects then super dosing is the way to go.
