Liquid Cialis bottle broken in shipping

I ordered two 50ml bottles from Emerald Scientific (aka Kitsandmore). With their 2-for-1 offer, that makes four. They shipped by courier, which is great, but they only packaged the bottles loosely in a plastic bag, which they put in a padded box. In transit, the bottles obviously banged agaisnt each other and one was broken. The courier accepts no responsibilty for anything glass, citing “shipper’s risk”.

I’ve emailed ES for some resolution but have had no response in almost a week. I guess I’m not surprised, since I emailed them a month ago with general questions on storage and use and never received a reply. But this is more serious and I want to pursue it. Has anyone else had this problem, and resolved it? Is there any other way of contacting them, besides email?

Failing that, is there a more reliable source of liquid C? (Not that I’ll be needing any more for quite a while :-)

What address did you use? I sent a question to customerservice … dscientific.com and I never got a response. I sent one to emersci@yahoo.com or emersci@hotmail.com (I don’t remember which), and I got a response right away.

Haven’t ordered from them since the became emarldscience. Back when they were kitsnmore I got a response in under 24.

They shipped mine the same way with no breakage, I guess I got lucky. It’s good to know that they are still shipping though. Has anyone tried the powder V on that site? If you have, could you let me know how it works..ie does it work as good as the Indian Gen pills

Well, I finally got an email from them this morning, asking asking how many vials and what size. Which I’d specified in my original email to them, but what the heck. There’s hope :-)

Those bottles are very thick. The shipper must have really banged the box around to cause a bottle to break.
On the other hand, not too smart of them to not at least wrap a piece of foam or bubble wrap around the bottles.
If you chew on the cardboard you might be able to recover some of the product :)

You ordered 2 bottles and they shipped two? Did they ship anything over your order? Did you get the two for one deal?

Yes, they shipped four. There was no obvious damage to the box, and the bag in which the bottles were enclosed was surrounded by styrofoam peanuts. The bottles are indeed thick, but I think that if they get banged together enough, the odds of one cracking are quite high.

K&M emailed me a tracking number, so I guess a replacement bottle is on its way :-)

Hi guys/gals. Question, how much of this liquid Cialis do you take and how often are you taking it? Sounds to me as if some are taking it daily or more often then that.

I take about .5 ml twice a week. That’s usually enough for PE and extracurricular activities for the week. But I’d be curious to know what other long-term users are taking. This should probably be asked in a separate thread, YH.

plustwo, when the bottles are settled is the sediment level the same on all 4 bottles?

Would you mind measuring from the surface the bottle stands on up to the top of the sediment please? Imperial or metric is fine.

Sediment looks equal in all four bottles. With a bottle on the table, the top of the sediment is about .5” above the surface of the table.
