My New PE Boosting Stack

I will be starting a supplement stack this week to boost sex drive, semen volume, and brain/ memory function.

The stack will comprise of the following:-

Saw Palmetto/ Pygeum
Fish Oil (capsules)
Ginkgo Biloba
Lecithin
Multivitamin with zinc.

I know these things usually take a couple weeks before you start to take notice so I’m not expecting an instant difference but I hope to report positive findings thereafter.

Is there anything I’m missing from my stack that would be worth a try? I know l-arginine is a must but my protein shakes have a healthy supply of that so I am getting it in small/medium doses.

I’ll also try to eat relatively healthy and exercise regularly while on this stack as I want to maximize the effect it will (or not) have.

Just stay well hydrated. That stack looks good. What doses are you taking?

I’m taking one pill of each nutrient per day and the doses are as follows :-

Saw Palmetto/ Pygeum Bark Extract:

200mg of each ingredient per capsule.

Lecithin :

1200 mg per capsule

Ginkgo Biloba:

Ingredients Each tablet contains:
GINKGO BILOBA 50:1 200mg
(24% Ginkgo Flavoglycosides,
6% Terpene Lactones) 120mg equivalent to 6000mg of Herb Powder (providing 28.8mg of Ginkgo flavoglycosides, 7.2mg of terpene lactones)

The multivitamin contains 100% of my zinc requirements amongst other things.

So that’s it, I’m just waiting on the saw palmetto to arrive in the post but the rest I’ve started taking today so by tomorrow I’d have 5% body fat and a 9” erection that won’t subside until I release a litre of semen everywhere.

Oh what a wonderful fantasy world I live in.
