Need something for cold fingers+better erection

…I wonder if it’s possible to maintain an erection and have sexual intercourse with a snowman (or woman)… Any takers on this?

The funny thing is jizz in the snow would be like camouflage piss.

Has anyone mentioned cayenne pepper capsules? I have read that supplementing this improves circulation.

I think it is much more effective to just get some ground cayenne pepper from your local supermarket and add it to stuff as much as possible. Cayenne is fantastic for practically anything.

The darker red, the better :)

I second the ground cayenne pepper (though unground is great too, I believe it’s going to be the seeds that are the spicy part). There are tons of spicy foods that have a way of cleansing the system though, not just cayenne. If you know your history, follow the spice trade routes and you’ll find countries with great recipes. It’s like lacing the core of food with drugs as powerful if not more powerful than a lot of pharmaceutical drugs. Caveats. Not everybody can stand a lot of spice so cooking for a group of people you’ll always find yourself trying to accommodate.

The effects are immediate. First it’s the nasal cavities, but then after a while of eating hot/spicy foods (few weeks) your system feels like it has a new filter in it. It breaths.

If you make stir fries, try a cajun sauce (which essentially is cayenne). Honestly. It’s great stuff. I think the reason it’s in capsules is if you really need something like that but get sick of eating it in other ways.

As someone already mentioned,cold showers and cold baths where you “train your body to increase its own metabolism” is the key to avoiding this problem! Or just try to be outside in the cold in the mornings to make your body adapt.


It’s the relation of heat/cold between core and extremities that needs to be adjusted - cold showers on it’s own won’t do it. According to the reference on wiki, there has been success with keeping extremities warm while cooling core. Not just cooling everything.

Jawbones intermittent hot/cold might work, I don’t know. But just cooling WON’T work, or else I’d be OK these days, considering how much I’ve been frozen over the years - yet it’s always and only my feet and hands that have problems.

Well, unfortunately that won’t cut it.

That’s the thing with us Raynaudians. Gloves keep the hands warm just like everyone else’s. But once an incident lets the hands/feet get colder below a certain threshold, blood flow to the hands and feet undergoes a significant cut. They just won’t get warm again - like forever.

The only thing that works for me is regular, healthy diet and sleep, staying healthy and using warm water to unfreeze the fingers. ;)

Well. Never go outside or leave the house if you don’t want to get cold.

Problem solved. End of discussion.

Yeah, depending on where you are its the cheapest, and easiest.

Wow, this is indeed very helpful for anyone who has to work outside during winter. :)
