New Vitamin/Supplements Regimen
Taking ideas posted here and on other PE forums, I have developed a new vitamin/supplement regimen that shows great potential in increasing blood flow,
testosterone levels and cum loads. After having tried GNC’s Maca Man and
Vigorplex, I realized that I wanted a regimen that was free of jittery herbs such
as yohimbe. I wanted to feel normal and go about my daily business without any
sweaty hot flashes or nervousness after each dose.
This is what you need to buy (all purchased at Wal-Mart):
ArginMax (six caplets provide 3000mg L-Arginine)
OneSource Men’s MultiVitamin & Mineral Supplement with Herbs
Lecithin 400mg Concentrate gel capsules (provides the same dosage as 1200mg
of regular lecithin.
Zinc 50mg caplets
Here is my new regimen:
Early morning—take 3 caplets ArginMax on an empty stomach when you get up.
Breakfast—take 1 caplet OneSource and 3 Lecithin gel capsules with breakfast.
Lunch—take 1 caplet OneSource and 3 Lecithin gel capsules with lunch.
Late evening—take 3 caplets ArginMax and 1 Zinc caplet on an empty stomach
(dinner eaten 3 or more hours before) prior to going to bed.
Throughout the day—drink plenty of water.
That’s it. I have just started taking ArginMax this week and I have upped the
Lecithin dosage from 2 capsules to 3 capsules per dose to see if my loads would
increase correspondingly. I think that timing of the different dosages is important.
Everything I’ve read indicates the L-Arginine should be taken on an empty
stomach. My theory is that the evening dose of ArginMax and Zinc help you to
rebuild and increases blood flow to the pelvic region while you sleep. It would also enhance any late night escapades. I’ll keep the board posted on results. According to the label, it takes a month to realize the full benefits of taking ArginMax.
