Newbie on the supplements. Help?
I am sorry to come in and ask a newbish questions, but after using the search button there was WAY to many options for me on this question. When I was little and I played video games, I didnt like the option of having the access of opening two doors where zombies may be hiding I like one…simple..hahaha sorry
I am curious about taking supplements. I have seen a lot of positive feedback on some L-Arginine, zinc, citrulline, etc. Although they all sound great, i wasn’t really trying to spend a lot of money on a bunch of different supplements that may or may not even have any affect on me. All I am really trying to do is become healthier generally(of course), increase semen volume, and increase the chances of gaining with pe size(either blood flow or muscle rebuilding).
I have been taking this stuff called Moringa leaf powder. I haven’t done any real test or data on it, but I do notice how I have energy through out the day compared to when I don’t take it. Is this enough? Am I getting everything I need for my body to get the results I am yearning to have? Here are some of the nutrients in the Moringa, I’m sure you can find it in a more detailed scale or broken down to percentages or what have you if you desire.
Stick with just this or add to my daily dosage?
