you get the results from paying attention to the exercises that you do along with the pills - since you are paying dearly, you do your exercises.
Pills don’t do a difference for or against the result from the exercises, except temporary results from vasodilators. Kind of like certain anti-wrinkle creams, that contain irritants that make the skin swell up.
