Pills for Women

I really do apologize if this has been discussed before. What are some good pills for women to take for sexual improvement? Can they take stuff like L-Arginine and Horny Goat Weed and what kind of results can they expect if they do work? Thanks.

Also if you do a google search (or for more anecdotal stuff, a Usenet search using https://www.deja.com ) on "viagra women" you will see that although not officially endorsed by Pfizer (sp.?), Viagra is also reported to have a positive effect on some women that take the drug made for men. Easier orgasms, more natural lubrication, but NOT libido (see below)…
