Received the 10 grams tadalafil today, shipped on 2/14. Pretty good service considering customs, etc. I have mixed one gram (1/2 teaspoon) in 50 ml of water and unflavored gelatin. I boiled the gelatin mixture, about half cup, and after cooling mixed 50 ml with the tadalafil, shook it and took 1 ml. Might be my imagination, but thought I could feel things expanding. The mixture is in a tinted bottle, so will check later to see if it stays suspended.

I sure appreciate the advice and information gleaned from this site.

You might have a bacteria problem with just water and gelatin.

Yes, and I’m curious as to how that stuff turned out! I’ve used gelatin,,,but it was like a tip of a teaspoon added just to flavor the mix a little.

I used 1/4 teaspoon in half cup of water. Settles some, which is to be expected. I will refrigerate this batch to avoid bacteria(hopefully). I think the potency is better than the All Day tablets. Maybe this is a little stronger mixture. Anyway, if it goes bad I will go to vodka and mix another. Half tea spoon is pretty close to a gram as I moved it to another container, one half teaspoon at a time. I just ordered some choline which has given me more feeling during intercourse. I am 72, old man with a teenage brain. Later.

I had a batch mixed with gelatin turn bad on me. The only time I was ever sicker was when my appendix ruptured. Please be careful as I would not wish anyone to go through the experience. I mix with pga now, and have not had a problem since.

So my theory was right. It might be wise to add a little Vodka to that water/gelatin mixture.

The alcohol mix has it’s advantage’s. What are the thoughts on alcohol helping the tadalafil getting into the system faster, better.

Like there is alcohol being in certain medicines “Nyquil, etc”.

Someone put forth the theory that alcohol hinders the absorption into the system. I’m not sure if it hinders or helps. I always thought the alcohol in those night time medications was meant to put you to sleep. :)

I don’t know for sure on that. The mention of alcohol in a prior thread didn’t establish anything solid.

It was my notion that it dilated the stomach membranes allowing for better absorption. And yes, to help sedate somewhat.

But most liquid meds don’t really have enough alcohol to do the job of sedating.

It is a hard topic to google. I found one reference that said that alcohol is in Nyquil only as a solvent to keep the other ingredients in solution. However, it is hard to believe there is no intention to use it as a sedative, especially for a product designed as a night time product.

I don’t think it effects speed of absorption, and found no references to that effect.

Hey mravg, I googled and not much showed up on just what the alcohol does! I did find folks opinions that mentioned the absorption and the sedating effects.

Anyway, was thinking just how we came up with the use of alcohol in the first place! It was a mixture, formula of a guy or two on another forum who gave us the original mixture for making the liq c, (remember the heating recipe?).

The alcohol is in my opinion is a good medium for the liquid tadalafil in that it does hinder bacterial growth if nothing else and ease of shaking up the suspenion vs oils or thick mediums.
