Recommend an excellent and priced fair multi vitamin

Hey guys I need a new multi vitamin and while I want a good one I don’t want to spend 60 bucks a month, any suggestions and proven favorites from you guys would be appreciated. Any knowledge on what makes a multi vitamin better than the next would be excellent also. Thanks in advance:) .

I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)

I will probably get a lot of grief, but I have always gone with One A Day Men’s Health. I take a shit load of other supplements, but that is the multi I take.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Sure you could take a multiple in pill form but a lot of the time these are combined with unnecessary binders and fillers and an RDI that is way above maximum daily limit some of which can cause poisoning if overdosed such as vitamin A. If you do go with this do not go for the foil packets unless you like to waste money on unnecessary things.

I highly reccomend you pass on these for every circumstance except camping or stocking a fallout shelter and go with a liquid multi which is believed by many to absorbed much easier and quicker into the gi tract. A word of caution though, look up review befor you go buying one off the shelf. I fell in love with the country life mango flavor but the store was out when bought my newest bottle which tastes like yard clippings and apple purée.

Ultra Vita Man Time Release Multivitamin 90 caplets | Puritan’s Pride

This shit has everything it. Great for being a multi and has a good supply of dick/PE helpful ingredients as well.
Been taking these for quite some time, no downside (besides the taste. I just hold my breath while taking then draing a cap of mouthwash afterwards. The shellfish ingredients are the reason why).

Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Goal: 7 MSEG

Heere We GOOooh!

The ingredients are enough to be very beneficial to pe.

Just make sure of one thing when you buy vitamins that they are gelatized( they come in gelatincapsules) which helps the body make use of 80- 90% of the vitamins.

Vitamins witout gelatin will not be nearly as potent, (30- 40%) because the body can not properly digest and make use of them. So you are basicly pissing your money in the toilet.

What about these ones..

I have the optimen and it seems to be good., from what I understand it’s from a very good company.
Turns your urine neon though.. Due to high levels of b vitamin I think.

I’ve tried both of those and either one is a good choice. NOW has always made quality, affordable supplements and that includes their multi. I also like opti-men aswell due to their pricing and ingredient profile. I also take ON’ s whey protein along with opti-men multi. I’ve also tried Universals animal pak and Controlled labs Orange triad. I felt that animal pak is a good multi, but at the time, wasn’t affordable for me. Controlled labs orange triad I felt didn’t work for me, although I have tried and still continue to take other controlled labs supplements. I guess its a matter of personal preference. Either way, you can’t go wrong.

I think that most of the studies have shown that concentrated foods give you the best results. I think this is a good product at a great price;

http://www.vita cost.com/NSI-42 … t=NSI%203000630
(great product and vendor)

To that I would add a chelated multi-mineral:
http://www.affo … y.com/4511.html (this is the product, I don’t know about the website)

The last thing that I would add to round out this is a good fish oil (concentrated and molecularly distilled):
http://www.vita cost.com/Jarrow … ce-240-Softgels

This is a fairly complete nutritional program and most people should get a lot of bang for your buck with these three items. I would just add vitamin C to this, at least 1000 mg/day. This will go a long way to keeping you healthy.

Vitacost has 2 of the 3, great company and great prices.

If you are using a cheap vitamin tablet, you can greatly enhance absorption by grinding it to powder in a coffee grinder and mixing it with some type of milk or apple juice.

Same for the elderly, if they grind their vitamins to powder and mix it with milk, apple juice or even their food, they will get much more benefit from it.

In general, go straight to the minerals. The cheap products will use sulfates, carbonates etc for their minerals, eg, magnesium sulfate. This forms inorganic mineral salts in the digestive tract. The absorption is between 5-10%.

The better products will use amino acid chelated minerals, for example magnesium aspartate or orotate. These are far more biologically active and brings the absorption up to around 70%.

When you get minerals out of plants, like seaweed (excellent by the way)you get 100% absorption. The problem is most land based plants are highly deficient in minerals because the soils here in the US are severely depleted.

The next thing is synthetic vitamins don’t contain co-factors that allow for optimal usage, that’s why food based vitamins tend to have a much greater benefit, they contain the co factors nature intended.

If you try the above list, you should be pleased with the results.

Thanks Guys for the replies, I hate to say it but I cheaped out I was in Rite Aid the drug store and they had a buy one get one free deal so I got them. They are Nature made liquid soft gels with D3 whatever that is:) . I also got a b-complex to try to get some more get up and go.

I appreciate the advice, but could pass up the sale:)

If you go into Walmart they have multivitamins that are made, IMO, by One A Day and Centrum and labled under Equate (Walmart brand). If you look at the label by the yellow ball it says "Compare to One A day" http://www.walm art.com/ip/Equa … 200-Ct/10324918 200 tables for $8 is cheap.

I compared the Centrum Silver to the Equate Mature Complete and they are the same. It’s at least 40% less than the Centrum.

This is my favorite i’ve ever taken by far.

I get most of my other specialty vitamins like Milk Thisle, Maca, etc. from Swanson, but the multi is too expensive for this cheapskate.

Glad I read this :) thanks for the info
