Stronger Ligs

Hey! So things ar like this ,I did injured my self and I have now what I think you called flaccid firm penis .I hope it will go away because I can’t take it! So anyway, I go to gym a lot and I took a lot of supplements .proteins,amino-acids, vitamins .so I remember a friend told me about Animal Flex from Universal (I hope I can say the brand so this could be helpful for you guys) ,and I helps for you’re wrist ,ligs .so you can lift up bigger weights !

So my point is .can this be helpful for penis ligs, when you stretch or hang to not injure you’re self.but also .could not be helpful by not growing wile you have stronger ligs .. What do you think?

Most supplements are a waste of money. Use whey protein, you don’t need anything else.

Yeah I do whey so I won’t get fat or something! And animal flex ar not proteins ar vitamins and some other stuff, they ar a big brand so I don’t know if they really ar a waist of money.! It might help!

Whey won’t prevent you from getting fat. You’ll have to do some more research.

UpTo7 Whey proteins ar usually based on ZER .that is a protein without fat and low carbs ,you can’t grow at gym that much like you will from a gainer ,but what you grow it will stay .. Gold muscles!

But my point was about ligs, how to make them stronger and with whey .neah!

Just because whey protein has low fat doesn’t mean it will prevent you from getting fat.

Gainers are expensive sugar, in other words, garbage and waste of money.

What is gonna make you fat is excess calories…rememeber? calories in/calories out, that’s what matters ; I can lose weight even if I eat candy or other sugary things as long as I’m in a caloric deficit.

Yes, but that would be unhealthy. Generally, people who eat candy and other unhealthy food tend to be in caloric sufficit far more often than in caloric deficit.

By the way, it’s not as simple as “calories in / calories out”. ;)

IF we are referring to losing weight(no matter the composition) I tend to think is almost as simple :P

Maybe you’re referring to make healthy eating habits , in which case is very good to avoid sugary foods as they tend to make you eat more and the calories add up, but as I said, from a matter of losing weight, is simple :)

Yeah, but eating 2650 calories through 200 grams of protein, 350 grams of carbohydrates and 50 grams of fat is not the same as eating 2650 calories through 325 grams of carbohydrates and 150 grams of fat. Especially if we’re talking about complex carbohydrates (such as oat) and unsaturated fat (such as omega-3) compared to simple carbohydrates (sugars) and saturated fat.

As I said, if we’re talking solely about losing weight,it doesn’t matter, if we’re talking about losing weight and reducing muscle loss (depending also on training status, hormonal status, etc), what you said is accurate. :)
