My problem is this. I start my first set using 5.5Kg (which puts stress on the ligs) by the 5th set of the day i’m hanging 2kg. I can’t go any higher because of the pain! The pain isn’t from the ligs though it’s usually from the helmet. Being uncut means no matter what I do the homemade bib will slide down with 4kg+ of weight and rest on the head. So by the 5th set it’s too painful and I’m forced to hang at low weight that doesn’t stress the ligs.

Is it worth doing this? Am I wasting my time? Should I just stick to 3/4 sets a day which concentrate on the ligs? Should I get my precious foreskin cut off? :(

How are you attaching the hanger? What kind of wrap are you using?

Well I have experimented in many ways with wrapping and attaching the hanger. For wrap I’m using an bike inner tube tyre. I’ve tried wrapping it tight directly behing the head and also loose. Usually there’s no problem hanging 2-3.5kg this way. However, once I increase the weight no matter how far back I attach the hanger or how tight I screw it it will put pressure on the head of my penis.

I’ve started to do some sets without wrapping at with this method I’ve found that even though the hanger wrests on my head it seems less painful sometimes than when I wrap.

What I’m worried about is that my sets are being limited not by ligament exhuastion but by discomfort on the head of the penis. Sometimes I will have a little blood that comes out due to the pressure on the head of the penis. Really not a huge deal I think just caused by the pressure of the hanger.

I am achieving sets where I hang up to 5.5kg + for the majority of the 20 minute set but by the 6th set this is being reduced to 3.5/4.5kg and really it’s not to do with ligs but discomfort in the head.

I’ve thought maybe getting cut will solve the problem of the hanger (even though tightened sgnificantly) riding down the shaft at higher weights. Then again i’ve read stories of even people that are cut having discomfort problems.

Just a thought, but have you noticed a decrease in the amount of blood in the tissues of your penis during your sets? I’ve found that the amount of blood that I trap in front of my hanger from set to set needs to be consistent. If you think this may be your problem then try jelqing ‘behind the balls’ between sets in order to push fresh blood into your penis.

It sounds like your hanger and/or method of hanging is faulty. If your glans engorges during hanging you should quit which should be way before it starts bleeding.

Hanging should be without much discomfort with the only stress being applied to your ligs and tunica. Don’t waste your time trying to gain from hanging while damaging your penis. I think you may want to invest some time in making a better hanger. Have you posted any pics of your current hanger?

Getting cut will only make hanging appear to be easier. Instead of your hanger sliding down it will put all that tension on your skin.

ticktickticker - Yeah don’t want to get cut. Had some girl tell me my foreskin dick was freaky and ugly only last night but I like it… Oh and I talked to a friend who had the operation done and he said sport that involved running or any type of physical exercise that involved rubbing of the groin were out of the question for him for 2 months! That’s just not an option for me.

Piet - true don’t want to ruin my dick. No pictures yet. I think the hanger is fine though. Probably it is my method which i’ve detailed more below.

Ok so this is how it stands right now. The way I have been wrapping/hanging is like this - I pull the foreskin back (i’ve experimented with pulling it back to various degrees). The problem with this is that no matter what with heavy weights the hanger will slide down and rest on the head. The pros of doing it this way is though that since i’ve done this method from the start i’ve had tension on the ligs.

Now I have tried another method but I need some advice… I don’t put back the foreskin at all, I just wrap and hang further back from the head. Now the hanger does not fall down and I have a pretty comfy hanging session. Now though the problem is that the skin at the top of my dick seems to be taking a good deal of the load it not all of it (the stress on the ligs is gone). So what do I do now? Do I persevere with this way? Will the skin around my groin, above my penis stretch so that eventually it will be my ligs that take the strain? Actually I started hanging like this at the start but when I realised, after a few days, that it wasn’t putting much stress on the ligs I gave up.

I am doing upward angles currently, since I don’t think I can gain much from the ligs.

My erection angle is basically straight out, so I don’t see the fulcrum/angle effect by loosening the ligament. If it pointed straight up in the air, than I could see myself gaining, but this isn’t the case.

Now when I do my upward hanging, at least it’s pulling from the base.

I can feel the pull from the root, where it attaches between the legs, rather than right on my pubic bone on the front, with any downward hanging I do. I will probably go back to downward hanging after a month or 2 of this, but only to mix it up.

delectric, what you could do is stay below 5Kg, tighten the hanger as much as you can and stop as soon as your glans is fully engorged. It won’t be the most effective routine but you may still gain from it in a relatively safe manner.

Don’t give a shit about one chick. Others love it. In Europe most men have their foreskin and most chicks prefer it this way. Maybe it’s the other way round in the jewish community or in the US.

If you are not tolerating high weights use lower weights but longer (half weight = double time). May not be mathematically correct. Just a guesstimate.

ticktickticker, thanks again for the highly rated advice, you’re right fuck that girl. Really it’s rude, it’s not like I make comments about a girl’s fanny or tits. Out of interenst what’s your routine? I see you’re from Europe so you also (i guess) have a foreskin? I’m experimenting more with attaching the hanger and it seems to be working. Maybe if I stick to a 2 days on, 2 days off that will also help.

kushextender - does the erection angle matter that much with lig gain? as I look at my dick it bends to the left and that’s the only side (now) that i’m really feeling any pull from the ligs.

I feel the pull from the left as well. I have isolated that angle that I hang from to the same angle of my erection. It seems to be most effective, even than down or BTC. I will go back to BTC hanging though, after maybe 2 months more of this angle..

The pull is right underneath my balls, very deep, and seems like it is the left chamber actually being pulled from it’s root, but hopefully it’s a lig or something.
