I have been experimenting with something and wondering if others have done this or what they think. This is the first time I have walked away with the ligs at the base of the penis (the inner ligs) feeling stretched.

I was in the bathroom at work sitting on the toilet. I did a 9:00 stretch straight out. Now if you take your thumb, and press down from the top near the base of the penis (by the bone) you can feel the ligs. Mine are nice and tight during this stretch. I then took the area between my thumb and pointer finger (the webbing) and place this directly on the tightened lig and pushed down, giving the inner penis a nice stretch. I then moved it over to the right side, and put pressure at the base from the left side, and then moved it to the left and put pressure from the right side, and finally I hooked my pointer finger around the underside and pulled up. This was while flaccid, and it was sort of like “bending the lig” but really pulling on it.

Any ideas, thoughts or insights into this? I definetely do feel like my inner ligs are stretched now.

Also wondering on a piece of advice. I have been stretching often enough that the shaft is starting to feel a little chaffed. At the bottom of the head where I am cut, it is definetely pink and tender from too much friction. Any ideas on how to prevent this ?

Yes, I love this stretch. I’ve always thought of it as a modified V-Stretch. Except I don’t apply stress from all angles like you describe. I only push straight down on top with my thumb. It hits my ligs better than anything I’ve tried (besides hanging). I’ve been doing this for 4 or 5 months now and haven’t noticed any negative affects.

I’ve done the same thing. I’ve always wondered why anybody else hasn’t talked more about it. It certainly has potential. Let’s just remember that like this, the only ligaments that get stretched are the top ones. If the top ligs get longer in relation to the other ligs, is that a bad thing? What could it cause?

That’s why I also stretched from the sides and from underneath as well to make sure to get all the ligs. I was actually trying for more of a “clock” stretch around the whole penis, starting by stretching straight out and pushing from the top (12:00), then by moving it about 5 degrees to the left and pushing from 1 oclock, then another 5 degrees to the left and then pushing from 2 oclock, then another 5 degrees to the left and then pushing from 3 oclock, then 5 degrees down and pushing from 4 oclock, etc… but it’s sort of a pain. I am trying to perfect it, I figure i’ll work something out so that I make sure to hit all the ligs.

Isn’t this just a V-stretch? You can do a V-stretch in any direction, it’s still a conceptual V-stretch. You are putting pressure with your webbing, not just the thumb. Am I missing something?

In V-stretch you push the shaft. Here we push the ligs in the base. Confused? :)

Edit: The real difference is, that the goal in V-stretch is to apply more pulling stress by also pushing the shaft down while pulling out and this “lig push” just applies direct stress to the lig, by pushing it down.
