L-Arginine is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach, right?

But to take it three times a day, how long should I wait after eating a meal before taking L-Arginine?

Three times a day?, How much dose of L-Arginine is that?
I have heard that you just need 1000mg at day, I take it, after I have done with my exercises.

I am taking it but mainly for body building purposes. Twice a day, morning and midday, 3000 mg each time(cannot afford more). I hope I will see some benefits on the PE side as well. Still, I have heard that you should not eat 30-45 minutes after taking the pills but the questions stands, how long after a meal do you have to wait? Anyone?

Why don’t you take it before your meals? What is the mg strength of your pills? Are they 500 or 1000 mg’s?

You can take one right when you get up in the morning and then the other 2 one hour before lunch and dinner.

Mine are 1000mg each. I think it best to take it 1 hour before a meal or at least 1 hour after a meal. Gotta give it time to absord with nothing in the stomach.

I take it to increase cum load, but does L-Arginine have another benefit to PE?

You take it 3 times a day, a half hour prior to eating. Eating while taking L-Arginine may diminish it’s effects.

L-arginine can also help with erection strength due to it’s effect of boosting nitric oxide levels in the blood.

Take it at least an hour(preferably 2) before or after meals.
