I really like the results I got from Androgel but my insurance doesn’t cover it anymore. Been looking all over for something generic online but haven’t seen anything yet. Lots of female hormones on Alibaba but no test.

What is the consensus of chemical PE as of 2019? Especially Alprostadil and PGE-1?

From what I understand intelligent application of these over time can actually increase the penis.

Is this true? Is there any safe protocol to follow? Has anyone done it successfully?

Is this PGE-1? Sounds godawful painful. I’ve seen great results from just injecting the cavernosa. You might risk having blood in your urine or infection doing it this route without a pharmacy backing you.

So I got prescription for Caverject, it is in my drawer waiting.

So.. What is the safest, best guide on how to proceed with chemical PE using Caverject?

Is there some proven method, routine?

To add - wouldn’t using growth hormone or growth hormone secretagogue like MK677 along with PGE-1 make it more effective in terms of tissue hyperplasia in penis?

β-aminopropionitrile free base topically applied reduces collagen crosslinking in healing wound, therefore flexor tendon requiring 50% less stress to flex.

Collagen inhibitor reduces the amount of stiffness, collagen strength, and thus required stress to obtain a certain strain.

Although no conclusive evidence was found to improve their condition, one patient saw improvements and less pain. Study was only 9 patients, but the safety of the compound is aparently safe topically applied.

The topical application of the free base version, aka ( I am not sure) non ionic aminopropionitrile, or 14C-BAPN free base (F.B.), all the same thing, is absorbed better through skin and into collagenous tissue. Less residue in urine than the fumerate counterpart.

All this leads me to one conclusion, although the second study mentions it may not have a significant effect on collagen already layed down, it does on collagen to be layed down. And it might have an effect on existing collagen if the dose is high enough.

Which means, that if we topically apply this we can weaken the collagen over time leading to longer strains, lower stiffness, and less strong collagen repair, allowing us to longterm attain longer elongation.

IIRC 30-50% improvement in the following areas: strain, stiffness, and required stress. Which would mean probably ~30% more gains if it works.

Now where can we get some? And it needs to be the free base version as it is less toxic apparently and more effective topically.

I’ve been reading how PGE-1 can be dissolved in DMSO and applied as a topical solution instead of injecting it. I am awaiting results from the individual who has taken it upon himself to carry out this experiment. While I used to inject various things into my body (in my past life), I am too afraid to inject into my dick. Hopefully this DMSO solution works.

I’ve tried PGE-1 in DMSO topically and into the urethra. Waste of time. Not comparable to injectable.

Did Androgel work as a Transdermal on the Penis?

They are now switching to Trans-scrotal applications for TRT purposes.

In this case its very high DHT … so I wonder what effect it would have if applied to the Penis instead of the Scrotum.

Mind if I ask why you believe it was a waste of time? Did it produce less effective results or just none at all? How many times did you attempt topical application and do you think there were any other actors involved causing your results or lack thereof? I’ve been looking into PGE-1 for a while but would love to not have to inject it haha

Would you mind if I ask how you were able to obtain a prescription for caverject? I didn’t know it could actually be prescribed, did you say you suffered ED symptoms and skip the pills or has it been difficult to get this? Also are you in North America? I thought I read it’s not available here
