Tricomin works

Finasteride + Minoxidil + Nizoral shampoo are the best options out there right now IMO. Give it a solid year, take the Fin every day, use minox twice a day, and the Nizoral 3-4 times a week, and be PATIENT. Consistency and patience is the key.

Good luck.

Like leather said, I also have found that is the best combination, but we that said I’m trying not to have to take the Finasteride again unless I really start losing it big time

Thanks for the input guys!

Yeah, not everyone can tolerate Finasteride. Most people will have no problem with it, but some do experience mild sexual side effects like softer erections, loss of libido, and watery semen.

Quite often, thse sides will diminish with continued use, but if not, you can always hop off the drug.

Personally, if I did not use Fin, I would use topical spiro. It is the most battle-tested topical for fighting DHT that we currently have readily available. The downfall is that it can often give off an unpleasant odor, and because it comes in a cream it can be difficult to apply to areas with existing hair.

"Look what your brother did to the door!"

topical spiro <— can you give an example of this (and is it prescription only, or over the counter?)

Finasteride <—isn’t this propecia (prescription only)
