What is “tuna”?

Tuna fish, comes in a can with either brine or oil, tastes nice with some mayonnaise and salt.

No! I was not joking. I didn’t know that the word “tuna” means “tonijn” in dutch.

A little bit of tuna is okay, but if you eat the whole can, it’s horrible (in my opinion).

I agree, but only if you want to pay more and puke up when you taste it.

Actually I’m rather fond of the selections in the GNC. Some parts of it maybe expensive, but thats why you have a Gold Membership for a year - get upto 40% discount on somethings a month. So if you take creatine and whey each month you’re saving. And they always have a promotional offer on all whey products as it is the most popular supplement there.

I have/had a gold card membership (I think it ran out…not sure), but although I was saving when they have the 40% discounts, I could never find any protein that I actually liked the taste of…
