or load size? if anything… at all. and are they good amounts?


Take them both for bodybuilding, but still curious.

None of those ingredients should do anything for PE except aid in general health (and thus EQ). Vasillidators (increases blood flow by increasing the size of capillaries, Inosine is one) and testosterone enhancers would probably be more helpful for PE but the studies are few and far between.

Both of those are waste of money. You don’t need anything except for whey and glucose if you lift weights.
