When to take supplements
I am taking several supplements to compliment my PE regime but I am having issues regarding when to take them. So far I am taking Zinc, Grape Seed, Glucosamine, Tribulus Terrestris, Hawthorn Berry and L-Arginine, I do plan to add a few more into the mix but my question relates to when should I take them. I personally by individual supplements as opposed to multivitamins, reason being I have more control of individual doses, I originally started taking them all at once in the morning with breakfast but I found that tends to send on some kind of “Vitamin Trip” and I end up all dopey for a few hours afterwards.
So I am wondering if anyone else here takes similar supplements and if so when do you take them and do you stagger each one or just drop them all at once? I have taken each one separately at some time or another in the past and have never had any kind of strange reactions individually but all together is a different story (not entirely unpleasant though).
