real gains without pills & health supplements?
Lately I have been reading on PEers who take health supplements (ie. protein drinks, vitamin E and other natual stuff) along with their PE exercise.
I am the type that is not persistent in taking supplements. I always seem to forget taking them.
My question is: Have any of you gained much from not taking the supplements? I have talked to a few senior PEers who have gained a couple inches, but some of them take some supplements.
I want to know if supplements are critical to the success of having gains (both length and girth).
