The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.
When CVS was longs the store brand had the 24/6% ratio it worked great at making big boners. I am taking the CVS brand now.It is hard to find the 24/6% but you can get it at Walmart the brand is ginkoba. I have a bottle in my car I should be using that up first.
I have been told this is the only ratio that works for any effect. Gingko bilobo 50:1, 180mg per day, 24% flavoglycosides, 6% terpene lactones. Another good brand is Nutravite, often available at Walmart in a bonus pack of 420 capsules, for 20 bucks here in Canada.
I was using this stuff ten years ago, when it was strictly touted as a memory aid. I’m sensitive to it and find its great for memory, eq, headaches, and sleeplessness if used incorrectly. The price certainly doesn’t hurt.

In Ginko biloba this thread, wantsmore is pretty confident that "Jarrow Formulas’ 50:1 standardized Ginko Biloba" works well. Anybody have any experience with this brand or has heard good things about it? (Post #47 5th paragraph)
Just write down the who spiel I put in my post. All of the ratios, amounts, etc are important. If the product has all of that stuff than it will work as it is supposed to. I think each pill is 60-90mgs for most products. Some men don’t respond equally to it. Just make sure it has everything I mentioned. I’m pretty sure it has to say extract(leaf) on it as well to be effective.

Thanks, hopeful. I don’t have a walmart anywhere near me, do you know of a website that sells “good” ginkgo that is relatively cheap by any chance (or does anybody else?)
Swanson® - Vitamins, Supplements & Natural Health Products
I buy most of my supplements there.

Are you taking the CVS brand that has or doesn’t have the 6%, and how is it working?R Dopa, effective in it’s known benefits such as increased blood flow and better EQ.
Seems to be working ok.
Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!
The house brand from Safeway supermarkets here in California also has the 24/6 ratio, if that is any help to those without Walmarts.

Gentlemen, don’t mess with that lackluster ginkgo.
Here’s what you want. You only need like 1/8 tsp. If I take 1/4, I’m bouncing off the walls. I take a dose or two a day and I’ve had this for over a year.
Nine dollars. This is the real deal. All you have to do is open the bottle and you’ll want to barf. Good luck getting it down. It mixes well with a bit of water and I chase it with a bit of apple juice.
Since you are my property, the contents of your mind are also my property, and you will give them to me when I ask.
kfarrelldba, how do you know that the powdered kind works better than capsules? Also, have you noticed any effect on your EQ from your ginkgo?
I’ve tried all the different ginkgo’s. I’ve taken the stuff out of the capsules and crushed the pills to see how they taste. The more vile tasting the ginkgo, the better. I’m hard pressed to find anyone else to take this stuff without capping it. Why? Because it’s horrifying. Why? Because it’s more pure than a lot of the other rubbish out there. For EQ, it does not help much. But a combination of things seems to help. For me, Ginkgo helps immensely with energy.
Guys, there is no magic to boners. It’s not going to be done with a pill or supplement, save for Viagra. Here’s what I do for 100% natural rock hard erections now. I’ve been on this 80% raw for a while but only in the past couple weeks am I stepping it up with the gym stuff. I’ve done cardio daily forever but I’m incorporating other stuff into it now.
Combination I’m speaking of
80% raw diet. I do about 3 blenders of grapes, spinach, carrots, celery per day
I do about a cup of oat meal per day, in between the veggie shakes. Oat meal seems to help me with libido more than anything.
I do some meat at lunch (meat alone) and a little bit less meat with dinner (meat alone).
Don’t do yourself a dis-service by mixing complex carbs / vegetables with meats.
I’ll do a complex carb (potato or brown rice) around 8pm. Fills me up for the rest of the evening and will help with serotonin production
I’ll do 2 raw eggs with protein powder weight lifter type stuff in my morning water shake, then 1 hour later, avegetable shake.
I’ll munch about 1/2 cup of nuts throughout the day.
1 - 2 apples per day as well
2 liters of water per day
4-6” of raw ginger per day.
I’ll do 1tsp maca per day
4tbsp udo’s essential oil per day with meals.
50mg 5-htp and 2mg melatonin w/b6 1 hour before bed.
200 pushups + 200 crunches not all at once. 1 mile treadmill 1 mile elliptical and 3 sets of 10 dumbells @ 40 lbs, some 3 sets of 10 leg pushes (forget the machine).
I’m not looking to get huge. I’m not doing enough for that, but just trying to keep everything moving and the weights and pushups seems to help my libido.
I’m pretty much convinced that this is the way to go. The pills and sh*t don’t work. I’ve had them all. L-argenine seems to help slightly with bigger loads, but I’m pretty much done with supplements, save for the protein mix.
Stay off the alcohol, stay away from breads, sauses, ketchup, and anything else made my man. If it’s in a box, it’s rubbish. If your cooking foods in oil, frying sh*t, your doing yourself and your arteries a great dis-service.
For a pick me up combo for better erections, I’d do the ginkgo and raw ginger. I also do kegels so much per day that I can’t count them all. I do them subconsciously now. So maybe 10,000 or more per day?
Try holing a kegel almost full force for 30 seconds, relax and do it again with 10 seconds in between. After a while you’ll have mini orgasms in your prostrate. Then next time you have an erection, you’ll be damn surprised.
Since you are my property, the contents of your mind are also my property, and you will give them to me when I ask.
Kfarr, will drinking v8 juice have the same effect (or at least close to it) as eating vegetables? Also, I pretty much always eat a mix of carbs and meat, why is this bad?
Better sit for this one. I consider this good advice. Not all of it might be true, but it’s my truth, based on years of being a scientist in my own life and reading endless books about this sort of thing and asking chemists a lot of questions.
The protein / carb thing is a bit of a debate. I base my findings strictly on how my body reacts to combining foods. The best thing for me is not mixing complex carbs, proteins and starches. Disciplining myself to eating them separately has produced staggering results as far as eliminating years of digestive problems and heartburn and feeling like crap. Do I fall off the wagon? On lots of occasions, so don’t think that I’m Jack Lalanne. I believe in a lot of his personal philosophies but I don’t have nearly the discipline he has, otherwise I’d be doing 1000 push ups in an hour :D
Eating carbs causes the production of insulin. Eating protein causes the production of glucagon. Proteins require an acidic environment while carbohydrates require an alkaline environment. Digestion of proteins is initiated by pepsin in the stomach, but the bulk of protein digestion is due to the pancreatic proteases.
It is my opinion that eating lots of protein late at night is not good. I think the overtaxing of the pancreas is a problem in the USA due to the constant “protein, protein, protein” from the media. The pancreas should be slowing down it’s work during the evening, not working all day long. So less protein during the evening is key.
As far as protien, I do agree that protein is good. I’ve seen the effects mentally of a strictly vegetarian diet, with the lack of protein personally. Lack of protein and complex carbohydrates in the body is conducive towards lack of serotonin. This is my opinion based on my research.
The carbohydrate/tryptophan/serotonin pathway is simply a hypothesis at this point. Since each of us is unique, in order to get a “desired effect” from food, you would need to experiment eating different foods and observing how your body reacts to each of them.
For me, lack of complex carbs and protein, when I did the vegetarian thing for almost a year sent me into a depression I never wanted to revisit. I learned everything possible that I could on amino acids, protein and their relation to neurotransmitters. One of the best things possible for depression is 2 scrambled eggs in the am. No milk. Milk is RUBBISH.
What I found works best for me, and this is a modern debate, is to separate protein and complex carbs. I have less gas and digestive problems.
Now when you think of it, the SAD (Standard American Diet) consists of digesting primarily simple carbohydrates. This creates a temporary boost which only lasts a few hours. Ever wonder why there’s more people on anti-depressants now than ever?
Based on the research I’ve done in chemistry, coupled with the conversations I’ve had with a couple phd chemist friends of mine, I’ve come to the conclusion that mixing the wrong carbs and proteins creates a sort of glue in the digestive tract that is hard to digest and prevents the absorbtion of serotonin, which is synthesized and absorbed in the gut before it crosses the blood/brain barrier.
I believe, lack of proper serotonin levels creates a lack of libido and a lackluster ability to perform. All of this is related to how well blood flows in the body.
I do a psyllium husk and bentonite clay flush from time to time when I’m feeling down and out and the results are amazing. 1tbsp or psyllium husk/1tbsp bentonite clay every 3 hours and not less than 1 hour before or after a meal. Do not eat meat or other foods that are slow to digest either while doing this. Stick to vegetables, grains and juices. I usually do this for 2 days and the stuff that came out of me the first time was quite scary.
Most say “you’re nuts”, however I say thier nuts. I passed about 20 1/2” sized gall stones the first time I did a liver cleanse. I got endless shit from everyone about it. But honestly, if you knew you had them inside you, wouldn’t you want them out?
How is this related to sexual health? I don’t think I need to explain much further. If your interested in the oils aspect of this, research Udo Erasumus. Through his work you’ll see why clogged arteries is such a problem these days. You’ll never want to eat fried foods again or anything cooked in oils. Also, the oils you see on the shelf are only there on the shelf because of the way they’ve been treated. With chemicals which I won’t even mention. The long and short of it is the oils we have these days are not the nutrient rich oils of the past, and cooking with these oils turns them into toxins. If you read Udo’s book, you’ll understand why.
Now the reason I’m so into this is I spent 37 years on drugs, eating nothing but rubbish and wondering why I always felt like death. I don’t care if I live till I’m 99, but my later days in retirement are not going to be spent going to the doctor, to be told I need to go to a specialist, to be told I need to get an mri, and to go back to the specialist and the end result is me having to get some damn pill at the pharmacy. That’s a lot of running around don’t you think? So why not fix the problem before it starts?
As for the V8? Rubbish in a can. Better than a Whopper? Yes. But the stuff is processed and dead. You need live vegetables. Fresh undead veggies are hard to come by where I live for the 7 months a year Winter seems to last. Those in CA and warmer climates are very lucky to have access to fresh local home grown vegetables. Take an advantage of it, and while your at it, send me some undead tomatoes. Nothing pisses me off more than the dead lack of life vegetables these local Greek pizza shops pass of as healthy in their salads.
Most folks have no concept of what real food tastes like because they’ve been brainwashed by the chemicals in all the boxed foods. Get off them for a month and when you eat fresh whole foods, you’ll start to see what I’m talking about.
It’s not easy doing what I do. I spend like $200 a week on good foods and spend hours prepping and washing vegetables for the week. But I also have a 2 year old and her financial / economic footprint is large. I spend about $60 of that on vegetables and another $40 on meats and rices and whole grain foods. I bring a huge zip lock of daily vegetables to work, which I do in the blender at work. I usually have like 7 bags in the fridge all week at home. I squeeze all the air out and they are as fresh as the day I got them. I bring some oat meal, apples, banana, nuts and my big ziplock of spinach, celery, grapes and carrots to work. Usually with some chicken for lunch and some eggs for the first morning blend. I carry a huge ass cooler with ice packs in it daily to work. Everyone at work thinks I’m insane. However, I’m bouncing around the office at 3pm doing jumping jacks while the rest of them struggle to keep their eyes open from the Chinese food or other rubbish they ingested at lunch.
So, go for the good stuff and don’t waste time with Wal Mart junk. Most of that stuff comes from China as well. They don’t care what’s in it because they are not educated enough to understand that karma is real and making a buck should not come before health of humanity. They’ll learn their lesson in the form of a gigantic natural disaster.
I’ll say it again. Raw ginger is awesome and I can not overstate how much better I feel since I started raw ginger. Absolutely no digestive issues. Don’t get the powdered stuff either, that’s a cop out. Be a F’N man and eat it raw. It’s a vasodilator as well. That means it helps expand blood vessels. Ginkgo is also considered a vasodilator.
Since you are my property, the contents of your mind are also my property, and you will give them to me when I ask.

Awesome post..
A fucking brilliant post!!
I love it, love it, love it!!
Give me more dude, more. Links, articles, book titles, youtube clips. I want everything. I want to learn as much as I can about this as I am sick and tired of yo-yo dieting, falling off the bandwagon and getting depressed when I do and letting that drag my life, mood and all those around me down as well. I need a big food change and this, to some extent, could be just the ticket. I don’t have 200 euros to spend every week on food but I’ll find a way around that.
Anyway, thanks for the post it’s sparked me up and ignited something in me to make that change I’ve dibbled and dabbled with over the years.
Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.
Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)
Start with this. Mood cure (book - google it)
Then. No processed food. If it’s in a box, don’t eat it.
Get a good quality fish oil. Do not cheap out. Or if you want the best, get Udo’s choice. Google it.
Next, Eat 2 eggs in the AM Soon as you wake, or 1/2 hour after you take the tyrosine. Scrambled with no milk. Milk = rubbish.
Ginger. Eat it raw. Want good wood? Eat about 4” of the stuff a day.
Vegetables - 2 blenders of fresh veggies per day mixed with water. Carrots, celery, spinach, oat meal, grapes.
Apples - eat 2 per day
Meals. Eat protein @ every meal, period. Chicken, eggs, beef. @ dinner have a complex carb with dinner (potato, brown rice) this will fill you up.
High Fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils - stay far away.
If you get hungry late, as I do eat some raw oat meal. Not the packaged sugar rubbish. Oat meal with water. If you want it sweet put some raw cinnamon on it. I personally just mix it with cold water, but that’s me. This will take away the late night hunger.
Throw out all boxed food in your house.
Supplements. 5htp (50-100mg) @ bed and 1-3mg melatonin and b6. You will sleep.
For mood and lethargy during the day.
AM before you eat and 3-4pm in the afternoon 500-1500mg tyrosine. See how it affects you if your feeling blah. Start with 500mg. Take with 1G ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate and b-complex. This will help with absorption of the tyrosine. Tyrosine will jump start your brain. You need not take it forever. Consider it a jump start while you get use to eating good. After a month you wont need it and you’ll feel energized without it.
Take a multivitamin @ breakfast and in the afternoon as well.
SALT. Get some real salt (google it)
SALT IS NOT BAD. That’s bullshit too. What is bad is processed salt. HINT: Salt ain’t white. Salt (salt not messed with) is good for digestion. The sea salts you see are rubbish too. Why? Because it’s white. I repeat. Salt ain’t white. Sea salt is grey, not white. They make it white because back in the day people were brainwashed into thinking that anything nice and pretty and white was better. IT AIN’T. They strip all the nutrients and minerals out of salt with the processing and then blame hypertension on salt. RUBBISH!!!!! MEDIA = LIARS. DOCTORS = FOOLS that need to go back to school. and learn about nutrition.
Snacks between meals. Apples and walnuts. Apples = superior digestion and shitting. Walnuts = protein and hunger control between meals. Raisins as well.
After 2 weeks you will get use to eating good and will not crave crap. Got to make it 2 weeks though.
Remember. Protein @ every meal.
Exercise. Even if you have to, force yourself to work yourself to the point of breaking a sweat, every single day, for the rest of your life. You don’t need a gym. Jumpin jacks, pushups, situps, run around the house. This is what I do when I’m not @ work and have no access to a gym. 10-15 minutes of your life every single day will do wonders for
1. mental health
2. digestion
3. metabolism
4. sleep > which all goes back to number 1. in a circular fashion.
FAT FREE FOODS and calorie counting? Complete bullshit. Stay away from anything lite, fat free. If you follow the above plan, fat is your friend. I eat about 3-4k calories a day, on the days I’ve counted and I’m 185 and about 12% bf last I had someone check me with those gauges. Think about it. We’re pushed to eat low fat, count calories, eat healthy choice type boxed bullshit meals and we’re the fattest country on the planet. OBVIOUSLY IT DOESN’T F’N WORK EH? But still people torture themselves with diets and fat free bullshit. IT DOESN’T WORK.
DO NOT starve all day and then eat 4lbs of food @ dinner. It wont work. Protein, complex carbs, vegetables and water. It’s all you need to sustain life. This is not a diet. IT’S LIFE. Get use to the fact as well that food is not a hobby. It’s a necessity. All meals aren’t supposed to taste like sugar and cherries and chocolate. The reason that people are brainwashed into thinking so is because of the chemicals they put in foods to brainwash you. Then when you eat something healthy it doesn’t taste good. Why? Because your brain was tricked. Why do you think food manufacturers hire chemists? To figure out what to put in foods to get folks addicted.
2 weeks, all you need to set your mind straight again. Some meals can taste good. I cook primarily in the crock pot now as oils + heat = bad. Frying = bad. Baking + oils = BAD.
The only real meat that is healty is meat that is heated in water with no oil. Research Udo Erasumus. He knows more about oils and the like than anyone on the planet.
Food can taste good though. I’m just an extremist and I just eat to feel good and have energy. I will not succumb to the evils of take out at work with the rest of the morons that fall asleep at 3pm @ work while I’m doing jumping jacks at my desk singing while they look at me cross eyed. I don’t like to be tired, do you?
What do I mean food can taste good?
Get a crock pot. Put some tomatoes in it. Celery, carrots, chicken breast. Organic chicken broth. Water, real salt, lentils, onions and garlic. Get some real spices. The ones in the package in the produce section still on the tree. Oregano, rosemary, thyme. Put this in the crock pot as well. Cook that shit over night and break up the chicken breast and heat for another 2 hours. Best God Damn chicken soup on the planet. Will feed you one meal (lunch perhaps) for 5-7 days and will take about 1/2 hour to prepare.
Make some chicken salad. Crock pot some chicken breast. Chop the shit out of the chicken and throw some mayo (OMFG MAYO) in it and put it in the fridge. Don’t be afraid of mayo, unless it’s got hydrogenated oils or HFCS in it. If you notice, all the low fat folks (whom most are fat) freak out about may. I don’t. I eat may and I’m not fat. BRAINWASHING.
My point is this. It’s not a diet. IT’S FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. You follow this and you’ll be dancing circles around everyone you know. You’ll be walking through walls you’ll have so much energy.
Here’s my sunday routine. Shop for food 1 hour
Put food away 1/2 hour
Prep 5 zip lock bags of veggies (for the blender) 1 for each day @ work. I have a blender @ work. takes about 1/2 hour.
Prep some rice and some of that chicken soup I mentioned. 1 hour total.
Put some oat meal in containers for the week and bag some walnuts for work and wash some apples (20 minutes)
So, that’s about 3 hours to save the rest of your life and you do it all on one day. Then you can be lazy the rest of the week as far as food prep and have that extra 15 minutes for cardio.
Any questions, just ask. I’m typing fast here as I have to rehearse some music before bed. If you have more ?’s on the depression thing, which I haven’t got into yet, just ask.
OH and the best thing on earth I’ve discovered for mood? MACA
Don’t buy the rubbish pills. get it from mountain rose herb company in the pacific northwest. It’s like 11 bucks a lb. I just ordered 8 lbs of the stuff. Good quality stuff. Take 1 tsp in the AM. Don’t take it at night as it will cause insomnia. Take it in the AM. Does wonders for mood stabilization during the day.
Kevin
Since you are my property, the contents of your mind are also my property, and you will give them to me when I ask.
