Any tips to exfoliate?

Hey guys,

I am not sure if it happens to you guys, but one day after I showed, I scratched and scrubbed my ankle and I was surprised to see that a kind white-ash looking things came up (I even have no idea the name for them seriously). As I scrubbed more with my fingers, more ashes came out. Is it because I have not done any scrub over there?

Apply a strong body lotion as aften as possible. Coconut or olive oil are good. Or sobolene. And wash and scrub the flaky part9s0. Skin will improve.
