Fuzzynaval's Newbie Jelq Tips
I wanted to share some tips I believe are important when it comes to Jelqing. I have gained about .5 inches in the past 2 months of the newbie routine and 5 months of ADS usage so these gains may be attributed to either one, however, I believe these tips will serve you well regardless of the gain source. Your thoughts/comments are welcome and appreciated.
1) Realize that everyone has a different technique.
Like many things in life, different things work for different people. On Thunders and the greater internet community, there is a huge wealth of information and opinion. You must filter through the information to find what is applicable to you and then apply it to your life. Realizing that everyone is different and different things work for different people will prevent you from utilizing potentially detrimental techniques in PE and will also optimize your gains. Therefore, take these tips as tips and opinions, not the godly truth of mankind.
2) Jelq with FOCUS.
I cannot stress enough how important this is. I am 22, I am from the generation of ADHD and excessive multitasking. This will not work when it comes to gaining from jelq exercises. I have often tried to just fit jelqing into my schedule between events or right before an event, and once even in the car while I was driving. Listen, if you want to gain you must carefully select a time in the day when you can commit to an uninterrupted session of jelqing. This will minimize risk of harm and increase the effectiveness of your exercises, guaranteed.
3) Listen to your penis!
No, I don’t mean attempting to put your ear on your penis, if you are that large, props mandingo. What I really mean, if your penis starts hurting, stop. It is simply not worth ruining your organ over attempted gains. Read this for more info, Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! .
4) Don’t give up, don’t go too hard.
PE is a VERY gradual process. You don’t just wake up with a 10 inch penis (some of you might, FUUU, jk). These gains happen at fractional millimeters at a time, NOT OVER NIGHT!! You must realize at this point, PE works, when done correctly. If you aren’t experiencing gains, you need to try and gather more information and switch your routine or increase intensity. If you are, keep truckin’ until you need to find a new source of gains!
Ok, now for my personal specifics.
1) Utilize the constant stretch.
Man, I really cannot stress this enough. When your hand has reached your glands, make sure your next hand is on its way up. This will create a constant stretch on your cock that will increase its length, but also not allow blood from the corpora cavernosa to retract back into your body, thus increasing girth.
2) Dont skip on the warm up.
Listen, the gods of Thunder’s Place incorporated the warm up and stretch for a reason… You warm up the ligs so they are more pliable and stretch them to gain, but also prepare for the jelqs. I can’t speak on warm down because I don’t do it, if you do… please tell me the benefits.
3) Go slow on the strokes.
They say 3 seconds strokes, I go with 5. Whatever you do, don’t go super fast. Reasons for slow stroke include, not getting a boner, decreasing risk of injuring the penis, increasing effectiveness of the overall exercise.
4) Make sure you feel the stretch.
Sometimes I jelq and it just feels like I’m beating off in slow mo. Make sure that you genuinely feel your ligs and tunica stretching.
A) Use overhand jelqs for downward jelqs.
B) Use underhand for upward jelqs.
C) Use a variation for sideways jelqs IE (If going to the right) Right hand is overhand lefty is underhand VIS VERSA
This is just the most efficient way I have found to do it. Everyone is different.
6) Sit on the edge of your chair with your back straight for optimal stretch.
Like mentioned above, sometimes jelqing feels like beating off in slow mo. In order to avoid this, I jelq with my butt on the edge of my chair with my back straight, this makes it feel like I am getting a worthy and effective stretch in. You may want to try as many different positions as you can, just so long as it actually feels like your are doing something productive.

P.S. If you own an ADS, I would recommend wearing it immediately after a jelq session. This follows the logical progression of the newbie routine.. warm up for stretch-> stretch for jelq -> jelq for ADS -> GAIN
