I tried oil pulling for few weeks, oil was white after 15-20 minutes of pulling but I didn’t see noticable difference in teeth color. I used sunflower oil.

No! He’s body in the movie isn’t fake. I saw one interview of him and the interviewer asked him to show his body and it was damn real. He really gained that 25 pounds of muscle in a few months. Although I’m not sure if he used steroids or not but he definitely didn’t use a fake body for the film.

Anyhow, jellybelly1991 do you have some tips on shaving pubes. I’ve been looking for it on the other threads but it wasn’t much of a great help. I’m not satisfied with how I do it. I can’t get a close shave without having to shave against the grain which is painful as hell once the hair starts to grow back. Thanks for this wonderful thread!

This tip does require some cash but not to much. Like I said, I try to find the cheaper most effect ways for you to change yourself.

Does anyone Here suffer from baby face? Perhaps some/a lot of your suffer from acne? Maybe your pushing 40 or 50 and your looking to get some youth back into your face.

A treatment for all these and some more not listed is called ultrasound. A normal treatment at a salon might cost you anywhere from 20-60 dollars. It’s been shown that you need recurring treatment for results. So I’m not asking you to go out and get this done professionally 3-4 times a week.

Buy the machine at home! It cost roughly 50-60 dollars for a medium grade ultrasound that you can use at home.

Professional ultrasound uses 10hertz while at home use is safety done at 5 hertz.

Personally I haven’t used it, but from the video’s on you-tube, it seems to be effective. Why not drop 60 bucks and use it 2-5 minutes a day on your face for possible improvement?

For what it’s worth, I believe it’s a good gamble.

So about 7 or 8 months ago I decided to get botox. The results were amazing and I was very happy with everything. A few days ago I went back to get another treatment. This time I tried something called Dysport. This is similar to botox, but is supposed to last longer and act quicker. So far it seems that it has acted quicker by about 2 days. The area I had treated is becoming more and more neutralized. I am hoping that this will last longer than the botox and I’ll receive the same results.

The botox did do a good job of not increasing the appearance of the lines where it was injected. I guess after years of sports, partying and life you get a few lines here and there. I don’t mind the lines, I just don’t want them to get any worse. So I will keep with this treatment for a while.

I can’t find Pure sesame seed oil anywhere. I live in England. Can you recommend any places anyone? Or if I buy it online how much is a good amount to get and are there different types.

I’ve seen ones used in Asian cooking bottles online. Then Some don’t say pure in the title, some say organic, some are made from toasted Seasme seeds, Wai Yee Hong - Online Chinese Supermarket (Says made from toasted in here)

So which one is the best? If it just says Sesame seed oil is that good too or what?

Like here’s stuff I can see. Sesame Seed Oil - Pure Til Seed Oil - Niharti I think the 250ml is a small amount though? And the ‘til’ in the title is strange.

Then here’s some more, the supermarkets near here don’t seem to stock pure versions either well morisons and iceland for one. Maybe have to try further out.

Like they always advertise it as massage or cooking stuff. Are both the same? I think as long as it says pure sesame seed oil that would be okay?

That ultrasonic facial scrub sounds like a great idea, even for the cost.

I have a question about pubic hair, and preferences of females. Perhaps you’ve gathered some info on the subject in your journeys.

The reason I am asking is, in about three months I will be in a position where I may need to be nude amongst others in a sauna (northern European trip, unisex sauna’s!). This scares me a little. I’m in pretty good shape, I have reservations about my flaccid package size (goes without saying), but I want to prepare for anything so that I am best presented for any unfortunate girls that may see me!

If you guys are interested in achieving a sunless tan you can use Melanotan II injections…. It can be purchased at ar-r dot com as a research grade chemical…

Melanotan II:
Start with a dose of 0.25mg. If side effects (primarily nausea) are not proving troublesome, attempt to increase daily dosage by 0.25mg where possible, until you reach 1-1.5mg daily. Most have found that this level will yield a very pleasing result and I can’t see much point in increasing too much further unless a very deep tan was desired. As with Melanotan, once the desired level of tanning is reached, a maintenance phase is used.

Please note a known side effect of Melanotan II is spontaneous erections…. LOL…
