Abnormal testicle

Alright guys I’ll try to explain this as quickly and Accurately as possible.

Ever since I could remember my right testicle has always been different from the left. The right testicle was shaped differently. Let’s see if I can explain this. It feels like there are actually two testicles attached into one. It looks like if you would like two round objects and touch them together and where they touch they are actually connected. So really, it looks like I have three testicles. But the right side theyre attached. Is this making any sence? I hope it is. Does this sound like anything anyone has ever heard of? I’ve had my testosterone tested before and I was above normal. So I think they are both(or all three) whatev…. Working okay. I just don’t know. Please.. I need advice. And without insurance I can’t afford to go to the doctors yet. Unless someone says I have a serious problem go now.

Not completely sure I understand what you are describing, but it is common to have one testicle different than the other. My right one is smaller and hangs higher. If your testosterone is ok don’t worry about it.

I’m sure it’s normal, sounds like the epididymis you’re feeling.

If it’s “always” been this way then what are you worrying about? If it’s a recent addition then it might be a cyst and would need to be looked at.

I have shined a light thru it before and light passes thru both sections. If one was cancerous light would(edit) NOT pass. Let me see if I can draw a picture ad upload it. It’s not the fact of being different shaped necessarily, it actually looks like I have 3 balls. Two of which are connected together. And when I had my test. Tested it was like in the high 600 measurement. I have no idea how they measure it but that was the number

I know what you are talking about. One testicle looks as though you you have 2 but they are attached. When I was high school this guy on the football team had the same thing. He would squeeze his sack to show off his, what he called ‘turbo ball’. I really looked as though he had 3 balls. Yeah I know exactly what you are talking about. It looked as though the 2 balls on his right side were barely connected.

Yes! I am wondering if I should be scared. I mean the only reason I am getting paranoid about it now is that my wife really wants kids. I’m 24 she’s turning 24. It would just kill me if that was the reason I wasn’t able to have kids. I guess only a sperm count would determine that tho. Keep the feedback coming!

Just try to have kids. Have sex and if she gets pregnant, than fine, if she doesn’t, go see a doctor. Simple as that.

You have a condition called "polyorchidism" which means you have more than 2 testicles. Quite rare but nothing to worry about especially if its been that way for a long time. It shouldn’t prevent you from having children either.

You’re fine, I have the exact same thing. I have gotten it checked out at least twice because I thought it was a tumor and it was actually causing me some occasional pain, but it’s just the epididymis.

Oh man. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one. Thanks for your help. And about the children thing, that was my original plan! Lol but sometimes I get to stressing about it and that is why I have to ask. Thanks guys!
