Affects of diet on PE

Does anyone use a specific diet similar to body builders for PE? I’m wondering how much impact a diet would have on any gains.

I eat a heart healthy diet for good blood flow to my heart which also means good blood flow to my cock. So, lot of fruits and vegetables, lean meats and fish, whole grains, nuts and olive oil. Anything good for your heart is good for your cock.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I am a weight lifter that bulks in winter and cuts during the summer. Only real difference for me is a change in NBPEL
I didn’t gain faster either one way over the other.

Now there might be a magic food out there but I have not found it or maybe I have and just eat it year round.

Balanced diet and multi-vitaminic supplement (hard to ingest all nutrients from food alone) should support you well enough for growth.
