Are Kegels Dangerous Actually ? Please clarify my concernes
Good evening everyone,
so recently I have read this Inadvertent kegels / dangers of excessive kegeling? and I was starting to wonder if there is any truth here, actually I am getting pretty concerned these days as I have realized myself some changes, I would call them negative changes, and I think they are caused with excessive kegels exercises.
Than there is this article ( please take a look ) where they are talking how kegels for a healthy men are extremely dangerous and can cause some serious problems, mostly with prostate.
Reason why I am asking this is because these days I have much bigger urge to take a piss, too often, noticably more than before. And that urge gets quite strong, which means I can not control the urge as I used before and my water intake is the same if not even lower than before.
I have stopped doing kegels couple of days ago to see if there will be any changes, however I don’t think I was overdoing them, as I do not have that excessive nature.
And I have one more concern, I have taught myself to edge on weekdays (5 days) and not to cum even single time in that period. Mostly I edge two times a day. I ejaculate on weekends. I understand that ejaculating is healthy and good for prostate, so that might be the reason as well.
Please if anybody have any experience or thoughts, I will be more than happy to hear.
