I am holding a bottle of vitamins in my hand that measures just about 8X6 cm and I don’t know how I would ever fit that into my scrotum, let alone two!

Do you really think you can physically handle going from small testicles to two objects larger than chicken eggs? I mean, will your scrotum stretch that much in one giant step? Did the doctor even suggest trying something a little smaller to start off with and then going larger in the future?

Ask your surgeon if you can speak to other ‘transplantees’ to find out their results and how they find life with chook-egg balls… speak to other specialists re second opinions on what you are about to do.

Finally remember that you will be EXACTLY the same person you are now only you will have very, very, big and probably very, very uncomfortable gonads.

I personally would consider doing something like this if I tried everything out there to increase my size. Of course, I don’t want them monstrous like you. There is a difference between large balls and monstrous balls. Having implants like the ones you mentioned (8cmx6cm) would be like a girl that is 5’4” and 110 pounds getting FFF implants.

Hmm, hasn’t anybody ever told you that you balls are just fine? I don’t think it matters much what size balls you have as long as they function correctly. Mine are not that huge and I don’t care one bit about it. Might be a fetish for some girls but I don’t think most care about it.
