Yes, I was. I should keep in mind that sometimes people have more knowledge and/or have done a lot more research than indicated by wording in their posts here. On the surface it appears you just learned of this recently and decided to pop some pills without much further investigation.

How many 20 year olds will read this thread and follow those footsteps? That’s my concern. If you’re going to use a drug, first learn about the systems involved, what the drug does, and the potential consequences and side effects.

I haven’t read it, but if I were interested in this sort of thing my research would include Lyle McDonald’s book, Bromocriptine.

I ordered some and I’m going to give it a try while I got myself to a good place with control during sex and can last a long time I really would love to be able to cum and just be able to go again like I used to be able to do.

I have always been in awe when women can just have one orgasms after another I would just love to experience that at least once in my life.

I think it is great that MacGyver is a chemist and willing guinea pig! I like the firsthand accounts from one of our boys a lot better than those from some bodybuilding forum. Also, historically many chemists were great believers in “sniffing and ingesting” of suspicious things to see the effects. Cheers to science!

No on the 20 year old and I also researched the stuff for two weeks before taking it and could find no reason not to try it. It seems no worse than taking Propecia or Viagra. I took one piece of a 4mg broken into 8 pieces which is around .5mg. I did get a slight stomach ache for about a half hour it was very slight but this was a mentioned side effect. I woke up in a very good mood considering it was 5 am and I had only got 4 hours sleep normally I would be extremely grouchy. I had great morning wood but that’s normal for me and so far I don’t feel any different horny wise but they say it usually takes more than one dose. I will give it two weeks if I don’t get any major benefits I will stop. I read a lot of good things it was worth giving it a try and so far the guys from thunders are reporting good things with no down side.

Dopamine agonists often have a nasty habit of becoming addictive. If you are trying to boost your dopamine, which is what this stuff does, why not do it with fish oil? Much safer, healthier and much less likely to trigger addiction than a pharmaceutical.

I’m finding it brings about a constant state of stimulation. Each time I take the 0.5mg dose, which at the moment is every third day, the effects come on in less than 15 mins, and I feel a kind of excitement mixed with a feeling of pressure. I also feel a bit spaced out for a while and very randy. I was just walking around the supermarket this evening being distracted by the couple of hot chicks there whilst being careful to not allow my threatening boner to become too obvious. I don’t usually crack wood involuntarily but it’s been the case with this stuff.

I am also on a cycle of 6-OXO, a drug that reduces estrogen and increases testosterone, so that may be having some confounding effects.

It definitely works and is very noticeable, even on top of my current nootropic stack. I’m thinking I can probably reduce the dose, actually.

Yes, I wonder about the addictive potential of this drug. I think I’m going to have to pull up a few more abstracts about it, because surely chronic stimulation of the receptors is eventually going to lead to their downregulation..

Do you mind if I use you as a guinea pig? How much EPA and DHA per day in the fish oil you are taking? I’m curious to see if I can replicate the effects of the drug in you, although with DHA it takes more than fifteen minutes for it to hit, usually about an hour or so, with the effects lasting five or six hours.

Can this be taken as a cure?

Or does it have to be taken through-out forever.

I’m taking 4 softgels of NOW Super EPA Double Strength per day, which is a total of 1,440mg EPA and 960mg of DHA.

What are your suggestions?

How tall and how much do you weigh, if you don’t mind me asking? Also, on any blood-thinning meds or do you take lots of OTC pain relievers?

By the way, did you check with a doctor before mixing Aniracetam and this new stuff? They both mess with dopamine.

As for the doctor, I don’t like my chances of ever finding one that has some special insight into all this stuff.

Aniracetam (and all the cetams) have been shown to not have any known receptor interactions, and it’s exact mode of operation remains unknown. This was the case last time I checked. I should check again, although it would have shown up on my NCBI notifications. Do you use that? It’s awesome, you can set NCBI to email you whenever a new abstract comes out with your search terms.

On your day off from the Cabergolin, try doubling your fish oil dose taking all at once (warning—may cause digestive upset! Make sure to take with food). It’s the DHA in particular that causes the short-term effects, I’m tempted to have you add on a little extra DHA to bring it to one-to-one, but I don’t want you to spend extra money.

The half-life of cabergoline is rather long, so on the day of my next dose, I’ll skip it and try your fish oil megadose. I’ll report on the effects ;)
