Don't know what to do anymore about Premature Ejaculation!

Maybe you need some anti-depressents like SSRIs, or raise your seratonin levels by taking HTP supplement. I found after being on SSRI’s that it took me longer to cum, but this also gave me a feel for controlling ejaculation. Now I can last as long as I want! How long should an edging session last? How many times should I bring myself up to the 9.9 level and come back down?

Just a quick update here.. no pun intended ;) . I have been doing kegel exercises and I finally had 2 successful tries at holding back my orgasm and keeping my erection.

The first time was pretty much an accident. A few weeks ago my g/f all of a sudden decided she wanted to go down on me and quickly started to massage my body and my penis while in bed. This took me by complete surprise and my body responded so quickly that I almost ejaculated before I even had an erection. I pulled back a little because of the intensity but I knew it was so close and any touch would put me over the top. So she again went towards my penis again and I felt the inevitablility. Well, right when I felt it I pulled back and squeezed as hard as I could. I felt some small contractions but they were minimal and it lasted for like 20 seconds. Finally the contractions surpassed but I didn’t feel like I was falling into that refractory phase. I checked myself and I wasn’t wet! My erection was abour 85% but remained and she started going down on me. Well, it literally took over 10 minutes for me to have another orgasm and I had to help make it happen too. I couldn’t believe that I was TRYING to have an orgasm while receiving oral sex. WOW!

So, a few days later I wanted to see if this was a fluke or not (since my g/f has been on a “dry spell” as of late). I brought myself close to ejaculating while masturbating and finally hit that same feeling as the other time, let go and squeezed the PC muscles. The same small contractions occured, tiny bit of wetness but my erection held. However I wasn’t as sensitive as before and I really had to work longer and harder to get myself to ejaculate again.

I’m going to keep on doing those kegel exercises to get better at holding back those contraction and not squeezing pretty much every muscle in my body when I kegel for real. Hopefull this is the ticket!

And with your edging, how long are your sessions and how many times do you bring yourself up to to say 9.9%? Maybe I need to learn how to edge better.

When I relaxed this muscle I noticed I wasnt as sensitive and I was able to perform alot longer. I was able to find my problem out through edging and I continue edging periodically to train it to not cum. Just make sure you listen to your body because your body will tell you whats going on.

I notice that too. but my flexing is automatic, as in I can’t not flex it while the head is being stimulated. How do you “relax” it? I tried reverse kegels but that doesn’t seem to work.

Yea same here, reverse kegals just makes me shoot my load in a distance. Make sure you kegal consistantly and edge as often as possible.
First you have to slow down or stop before you reach the point of no return. Then hold a kegal for 8-10 seconds until you feel the urge subside.
I havent really figured out a science to this but just sense what is exactly going on with your body before you cum. And train yourself through edging to refrain from finishing.

Thanks. I’ve figured out the point of no return where I can hold back with a kegel and i’ve done it over 5 times now. And only 1 time did I have a quick 2nd orgasm. All the other times I either didn’t orgasm or it took some work to have one. Recently I brought myself up to the brink of orgasm manually before I had sex and held it back and I was so worked up that I woke my g/f up and we had sex for like 10 mins and she was done (2 times) before I could even get there. It was great! I still have a quick trigger but as long as I control it I can deal with it.
