I’ve had 2 surgeries, one pretty invasive for prostate cancer. I’ve had ED, or partial erections almost 90% of the time since the second surgery. Just watch a very good ED Info clip. It was describing that ED was closely associated with inflammation causing the penile chamber NOT to relax so blood could not engorge. Further it could be reversed by eating 12 foods to rid the body of the inflammation thus restoring erections. This would be immediate to some degree and a noticeable change in a month. Has anyone tried this program? He says that he makes sandwiches from the foods mentioned in their program. Let me know IF this has worked even to some degree.

My doctor wants me to start taking medicine for my blood pressure. I have ED and have read that I should avoid some types of blood pressure medicine. What type of blood pressure medicine does not have an adverse effect on ED? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I’ve done a fair bit of reading on inflammation, esp due to autoimmune/gut issues, but have never seen anything related to ED.
