Erection Quality
Hey everyone I”m back having a look around, it’s been awhile. Over the past 5-6 years I’ve gotten pretty lazy with PE, now I’m having EQ problems. Maybe I’m just getting old (50), but I think I’ve reached the point where I need to start doing some work. I know the matter has been discussed in many threads, in my case there’s no diet or exercise problems. I train 5 days a week and run 5k a few times also. I do regular bloodwork and T and E are where they’ve always been, spot on.
I can’t do jelqs because I don’t stay hard (even with porn it’s tough), but I”ve been like this a long time, even years ago when erections weren’t really a problem. I still have a couple of pumps, but only see results when I can stay hard, which isn’t very often. I’ve become depending on Cialis, sure I can still get hard without it once in awhile, but when I can’t, it sure takes the wind out of my sails. I used to be pretty close to 8 inches, but generally I get 7.5” at best, due to EQ limitations.
This impacts sex, they scream a lot more with 8 inches of hard pipe than they do with 7.5 inches soft and bendable :(
I’m thinking I need to start with kegels? I haven’t done any amount in years. Once again, without a good erection they aren’t much fun. Ejaculate strength is lower than it used to be, not bad during sex, but masturbating it just dribbles out.
Has anyone been faced with this, and were you able to overcome it?
