Hey everyone I”m back having a look around, it’s been awhile. Over the past 5-6 years I’ve gotten pretty lazy with PE, now I’m having EQ problems. Maybe I’m just getting old (50), but I think I’ve reached the point where I need to start doing some work. I know the matter has been discussed in many threads, in my case there’s no diet or exercise problems. I train 5 days a week and run 5k a few times also. I do regular bloodwork and T and E are where they’ve always been, spot on.

I can’t do jelqs because I don’t stay hard (even with porn it’s tough), but I”ve been like this a long time, even years ago when erections weren’t really a problem. I still have a couple of pumps, but only see results when I can stay hard, which isn’t very often. I’ve become depending on Cialis, sure I can still get hard without it once in awhile, but when I can’t, it sure takes the wind out of my sails. I used to be pretty close to 8 inches, but generally I get 7.5” at best, due to EQ limitations.

This impacts sex, they scream a lot more with 8 inches of hard pipe than they do with 7.5 inches soft and bendable :(

I’m thinking I need to start with kegels? I haven’t done any amount in years. Once again, without a good erection they aren’t much fun. Ejaculate strength is lower than it used to be, not bad during sex, but masturbating it just dribbles out.

Has anyone been faced with this, and were you able to overcome it?

Kegels should help you don’t need to be fully erect also same applies to jelqing….I often start at 20% and just build up from there.

Light jelqing, kegels, edging if possible all should help with EQ.

You sound really healthy so do you think you might have a slight complex surrounding erections which could be creating stress and anxiety regarding your erection levels?

Try kicking porn. I’m sure it will help.

I thought you just try to stop all kegel, porn, masturbate-te or edging and just do exercises and then rest. Try and observe it for 2week. Hope this help.

I think also You should avoid seeing porn, but give IT a try yo the angion method it is not for lenght OR girth but I think it’s not what You want but it is selfaprove that it improve a Lot your EQ

Stop using porn, start a kegel routine for sure, start a jelq routine even if it’s at a lower erection percentage. What’s your blood pressure like? What about you daily sodium levels? May have high testosterone, lift a lot of weights, but there’s definitely something going on, brother. I’m assuming you supplement with citrulline Malate or an arginine source? What about muscle tightness in your core/pelvic area. This can also effect blood flow in the area.

Sounds like you got most of it down though, shouldn’t take too long to figure something out.
