How strong is good erection quality

What are the signs that you have perfect erection quality? What signs mean you have poor quality and what’s average? I’m 18 1/2 and I can sometimes get an erection through thoughts and visuals and making out, but usually I have to be stimulated in which case I’m about 5.5, 5.6. However after being stimulated for a couple minutes I hit 5.75, and close to orgasm sometimes my penis gets an upward angle at 5.9, sometimes even 6.1. I haven’t had morning wood since maybe 16 although sometimes I wake up with a small erection, and I can always easily achieve a full one while laying in bed without touching it. Is someone with strong erection quality able to hit there maximum erection with the upward angle whenever they are stimulated, or is this always only achievable close to orgasm when very aroused? Also what are the best ways to improve quality other than kegels and jelqs?

Fastsize used to sell an erection quality meter that would measure the hardness of your erection and give you an indication of how healthy your erection is. I don’t know if anyone else has something similar, but that type of device would be your best bet.

Pumping, all day hanging and all day stretching all claim to improve erection quality over time.

Doesn’t hanging hurt EQ? I remember reading a post saying hanging definitely killed the posters EQ. I am curious on this because I was going to start hanging this summer, but I’m concerned now because I don’t want to lose my EQ.

If you open walnuts by smashing the shell with your erection, you’re doing ok. If you use it to hammer nails, that’s excellent.

Length exercises in general tend to hurt your EQ because you’re not doing much in the way of blood movement with them. But that’s not to say this is always the case. People respond different. Some folks don’t get EQ drops from hanging.

I read somewhere that one person in particular had a hell of a time hanging because it would make his dick go hard while in the hanger.

Just remember, when figuring out EQ, you have to take ALL of those factors from that link into account. EQ isn’t JUST about how hard your erections are.
