I’m going to the docs tomorrow to see if there’s anything he can do. Basically, for a while now I’ve had low sex drive, and I just don’t get those 100% erections that throb, you know what I mean?

I used to be able to think my way to a hard on, now it’s more difficult, and I have to stimulate myself to them.
When having sex, I’m always aware of whether I’m losing the quality, and I’m sure this makes it worse.

I’m quite sure my limited P.E hasn’t made it worse, but do you think kegels, stretches, and jelqing can make it better?

Overworked and underpaid? No, seriously, sounds like you’re stressing about performance instead of enjoying sex. Is your gf or wife complaining? As for kegels, jelqing, I’m new into this but several nights I’ve awaken with a very hard woody. Not that I didn’t before, but I know these are different. By the way, thinking your way to a boner becomes more difficult after 30 (at least it was for me - 37 now).

One thing to throw out there is that I’m going to stop looking at porn except when jelqing - I think one can become desensitized to it!! I used to get hard just watching when I lived at home!

The doctor is sending me to get blood work done - maybe my hormone levels are low, as I just don’t get as horny these days? I used to look at porn and get hard wood, now, I’m just not that bothered by it?

Any one had similar, or got any opinions?

Just a guess, but one that has been backed up by hundreds of posts here; if you stop watching porn for a few weeks, everything will return to normal. Also try light jelqing and kegels, but don’t over do them. In moderation both will help with erection quality unless stress is the underlying problem.

Alright, I’ll give that a go. I can certainly do light jelqing although maybe with lower erection quality since I’ll be not using porn. I hope things might change because I may be looking forward to looking at porn, rather than just having it on tap so to speak.

Stretching won’t do anything to add to your erection quality; light kegels and jelqing will. Heavily over doing stretching can cause difficulty getting good wood for a little while. (As will over doing jelqs or kegels).

As long as you avoid over working your penis, PE should at worst only cause temporary (less than 24 hours) of having to work a little harder at getting a fully hard erection.

If you are staying off the porn for a few weeks and as long as you are not working your penis too hard, it doesn’t matter what PE methods you use; just remember that your focus is on gaining maximum erection quality, not gaining size. When you are happy with your penile performance again, then start on size work again.

Kegels and jelqing will definitely help.
