Help - erection quality.

I’m going to the docs tomorrow to see if there’s anything he can do. Basically, for a while now I’ve had low sex drive, and I just don’t get those 100% erections that throb, you know what I mean?
I used to be able to think my way to a hard on, now it’s more difficult, and I have to stimulate myself to them.
When having sex, I’m always aware of whether I’m losing the quality, and I’m sure this makes it worse.
I’m quite sure my limited P.E hasn’t made it worse, but do you think kegels, stretches, and jelqing can make it better?
