It’s done. The surgery is planned for the 24Th of March.
The LS already spread around a large part of the foreskin, making a loose cut virtually impossible.
My surgeon does multiple circ’s a week and usually goes for a tight cuts because it’s more easy for the glans to get used to the feeling of getting rubbed against the pants etc. Further on he said it was aesthetically more pleasing.
Nevertheless, it’s not like I had a choice. The lichen has to be cut out, which pretty much guarantees a tight cut.
Maybe I’ll open a log.
