I was on effexor, and it didn’t seem do do much for difficulty of ejaculation (seroxat/paxil on the other hand had that effect on me) but it did take away a lot of my interest for sex. Didn’t seem to hamper the ability though.
But I went on Omega3 (fatty acids called EPA and DHA, found in fish oil) as a safeguard when I got off effexor. So far so good, no falling back into the dark pit except last week when I got sloppy and didn’t buy more. After 5 days off I got real low, but that coincided with outer influences + negative self-talk and drinking too much the night before. Read some of the threads here about Omega3.
