How many smokers among you penisbuilders

Was wondering about how many of you smoke cigarettes (and if , how many a day) and do PE.. I’ll start : I was a smoker but since I am doing PE I have quit smoking

I smoke but want to quit. I’m a pack a day right now.

Good question. For the first 6 months of PE I smoked and coincidentally saw no gains. After quitting I saw about 70% of my gains come quickly. But now I still don’t smoke and am at a relative plateau. My gains have slowed much but are still coming bit by bit.

I smoked weed and cigs. More weeds than cigarettes though, but since, I am tackling my PE routine very seriously, I’ve quitted smoking both. I feel great! It’s for the best! But I know I will probably smoke lil green here and there in the future, but for next 3 to 5 months. absolutely NO marijuana/cigs.

I smoke a few little cigarillos a day but am down to 2 left in my pack then I’m quitting also have a small hoot every night. Was sick about 3 weeks ago for 10 days and didn’t do much of either in that time and noticed my erection quality was great - I attribute that to not smoking, since I’ve started again I have noticed erection quality not as good so now I’ve made the decision to quit. Even while pumping which I do daily my cock was bigger in the tube when I wasn’t smoking (I have markings on my tube so I can gauge it) by a good 1/4”!

I notice when I smoke weed my dick grows and relaxes and hangs low.

I can’t smoke cigarettes, I have had asthma since I was an infant. Funny thing is I can smoke a joint, but if I try a cig I just can’t.

For me PE and smoking pot go hand in hand.

I have smoked for about 15 years and am probably the opposite of others who think it hinders gains. It is definitely not good for you or your boner, there is no doubt about that.

I quit smoking last August. I saw my gains while I was smoking though. My routine was to go outside in a bathrobe (very private back yard), smoke a cigarette and stretch my penis the whole time. I did this 3-4 times a day several days a week. So for me, smoking actually helped my gains from ‘multitasking.’

Important to notice how weed improves penis relaxation and maybe growth.I could say that iamhere can smoke weed without getting asthma because it’s a also a relaxing substance where smoking cigarettes has no benefit at all (also nicotine shrinks bloody vessels)

I smoke 4-5 cigarrettes a day and don´t know if that is hindering gains.
